I want to be with him. But I am pushed away from him, and forced into another memory. I don’t want to see anything else. I don’t want to, but here I am, standing outside the throne room.

Winter I stumble as the ground beneath me gives way, my heart racing with fear. I can hear the others shouting, but their voices are muffled by the sound of rocks and debris crashing around us. I land hard on my side, and pain shoots up my arm. "Winter!" Alec's voice is frantic. "Are you okay?" I groan, trying to sit up but finding that my arm won't support me. "I think I hurt my arm," I say, wincing.

My body moves to stand up. "Stay down Kitty." I moan standing up again, his hands pushing me down as I fight back. I watch as he moves, my body running for the door, his hands stopping me and pulling me back in. His hands push me down over the table, the rope wrapping around my body. "You wanted to be a brat; well you're getting punished like one." I moan as the rope holds me down over the table. "Four whips witch, count with me." I laugh slightly, unsure why, something about four is weird, usually, it is three, five, or ten, but four?

I’ve refused to read them, the first two made it sound like I was bringing destruction to your world.” “The third one doesn’t, though.” Tialha says kindly. “’The seasons of change will begin again.’ Based on the other two, that sounds ominous to me.” I say as Ailduin sets the book in front of me. “You need to read the fourth prophecy, Lily.” I look at him a long time, before finally giving in and looking down to read the fourth prophecy. Since everyone else in the room seems to know the prophecies by heart, I read it to myself, not wanting to hear my own voice speak about how I will bring the destruction of the fae land.

Where do I even fit into this life? I feel as though I’ve been kidnapped and locked up in a vampires layer. The thought makes me chuckle. I know Lorcan is a hybrid, but he has the look of an ancient vampire. Apart from the fact, he’s built like a brick shit house, and most vampires aren’t. If I hadn’t seen Lorcan’s majestic wolf, I wouldn’t believe he could shift at all. I found the library stationed on the third floor. I was so awed by its beauty that I could barely contain myself. I love to read, and Lorcan’s library has more books than I have ever seen in my life. The shelves go from floor to ceiling!

I was about to speak for the fourth time, when the two birds that myself and grandma saw few days ago came back, and started playing on the same branch of the cocoa tree. Grandma's superstitious utterances then came to mind suddenly. I kept looking at the birds to the extent that I forgot Esther was beside me. What diverted my attention was the sound of grandma’s footsteps. I looked at her but she didn’t look back at me – her attention was on Esther. She greeted and asked how she was faring.

I asked in confusion. “There is a prophecy book back at the packhouse. It's locked away safe, and not many know about it. Tyler showed me, and I became engrossed in it, read the whole thing over and over again. It says about a Trybrid human, part angel, part wolf and part vampire. She will rise up and save the world from oblivion. If Azael manages to make his army and kills the archangels, heaven will fall, sending the earth into eternal darkness,” she said as she lifted her head to look into my eyes. “Freya, if that woman is you, you know you'll be turned into a vampire right?” She asked with concern.
