SIX WEEKS LATER I pulled at my hair and groaned in frustration. “How did time pass by so fast?” Jack chuckled and slurped his chocolate milkshake. He didn’t understand what I was going through because he hadn’t been missing classes or anything of that sort. I’d missed multiple classes and notes and I was barely catching up.
