The blue plants and grass that were buried along the river carried the higher toxin that could kill the dragon. And the plants were only located inside the Darkest Woodland, along with the river. Therefore, the Darkest Woodland was named to be one of the most dangerous forests in The Unknown. However, for someone immune to all types of poisons, Shadow had no problem breathing in the river direction. She was also the only one who created a safe space for the factory and the workers inside this dangerous forest.

Benjamin dove deeper into the river, his eyes straining to see through the darkness. The water was murky, and the moonlight barely penetrated the surface. When Emily opened her eyes she saw everything was dark. A small dirty room, the window is pinned closed and there is only a small source of light through the door cracks. Getting up the stairs I trudged through dark hallway and stepped over a sleeping man to get to the upper floor. I got to door 419 and plucked my key ring from my purse. Inserting the key I turned it and heard it click. I took a deep breath and pushed the door open. Stepping into the apartment it was stuffy, airless and dark. I let Morgan off his leash and went over to window and drew the dark, heavy curtains back. Bright light flooded the room illuminating the dust flecks doing crazy pirouettes in the air.
