Book Two Note: This is a spin off of the last story which ended in chapter Forty-one. They are completely different stories merged together because both stories are short. I tried to expand but that would be adding meaningful details to both stories. I hope you enjoy. ‘Who is the father of your baby, Sylvia?’

"Fifty million. Each. And I'm out. New state, new life. No more of this." Lizbeth's eyes gleamed with avarice. "Fifty million. Done. When can you do it?" "Tomorrow," Ghost stated, his eyes calculating. "The campus is tightening security. We hit quick, during a class break. Everyone's distracted. I'll get in, get her out. You'll be at the rendezvous point with the van." They meticulously planned the abduction: Ghost would disguise himself as a maintenance worker, gaining access to the women's dorms. He would wait for Megan to return to her room during a short break between classes, grab her, and spirit her away in a pre-arranged van. The ransom demand would follow.

* * * McCall is one of the seargents in the police station where detective Maxwell works,although he's not too relevant. The other officers do mock him because of his small posture,he nearly quit his job because of the regular insults and mockery he received from his other colleagues but later changed his mind because his family relent solely on his salary. McCall was on his way home one cold night when he was abducted by some unknown men,he fought so hard to escape from the van the kidnappers used but he was knocked out by one of the men when he's becoming a problem for them.He later opened his eyes and found himself in a warehouse.

Another pause and the silence continues. "Ha! At that time, I noticed that all our abductors were either teenagers or in their early twenties. I must say that I witnessed the ugliness of human nature. In the early hours of the morning, they barged in and beat me up and only stopped when they believed I had died. They tied me up and threw me in the Savannah River. An elderly fisherman pulled me out and he was also proficient in medicine. He used both conventional and unconventional methods to bring me back from the brink of death. I vowed to never be vulnerable again. Hence the rise of Flameheart Consortium in recent years."

Lionel said to Shmue and Dum. Dum and Shmue merely sighed, restraining the temptation to hit their pal for being a jerk in front of Lionel. " Please don't mind our bastard buddy and keep telling us about what happened to you when you were almost Assassinated by the Assassination Society," Dum remarked to the woman, urging her to keep speaking. " Okay, here are some of the memories I had on the day I was abducted by those mystery men; that day I was blindfolded with a handkerchief, all I could see was darkness, and all I could hear was what they were talking about," she began to say.

Victor asked cocking his brow as she nodded meekly. " He originally didn't abducted me from my place. Some mobsters kidnapped me related with human trafficking but Adriano saved me from there, but after that he didn't let me go." She unveiled the whole truth bitting her lips as Eva hugged her from side squeezing her hand. A lot off horrible scenarios crossed her minds.

Cole just stayed beside her, observing everything I was saying. “I was abducted by this pack, the Red Walkers Pack by a Beta. You see, my father borrowed a huge amount of money he couldn’t pay back. He had used me as a collateral for the debt. When he didn’t pay up, the Beta came for me,” I spilled out, running a hand through my hair in distress.

But the scariest one of them all was the one that happened 7 years ago. 16 girls got missing. From the informations I gathered round, they all died in a suicide mission.

I had only seen about kidnappings whenever I was able to catch a glimpse of the movies other pack members were watching or whenever I read about them in books but had never imagined that I’d actually be abducted. “Help! Help me! Alpha Keegan, Scarlett, somebody, help me!” I cried and tears started rolling down my face. There was no response so I started wailing. Who would want to abduct me? I had nothing to offer. My wailing continued for a few minutes till I heard the sound of a door opening and closing. It made my heart throb really hard against my rib cage and my breath was sucking out of me at every step the person took closer to me.
