He looked at me in shock and I could see the fear in his eyes when he looked at my arm. "Demon." I heard him say before running away from my room. I just asked why he seems to be scared. Who is the demon? Me? What is a demon by the way? Then when I got dressed I went out of the room and went to the kitchen, I saw a knife fall to the floor so I took it but I immediately let it go and closed my eyes because I saw something in my mind again. I saw the face of my mom and the girl with the horns again, mom was holding a knife and stabbed that girl with the horns, the girl did not know because she was sleeping.

That was a real set-up! My scouts were my people, my subjects, and of course that jerk didn’t touch them. And so, that was what they saw: a small demon, a grey-skinned, tailed creature, had been riding another demon. Then he had summoned an entire host of demons, and they went to slaughter the Tevarrian army. I could barely hold back curses, but still managed to get more details. Apparently, everything wasn’t as bad as it seemed. They had noticed Ak-kvir and I when we knocked out the sentries and had decided to follow us.

I laughed in disbelief. “ So like she got any powers?” He asked. “ Yeah, one of her powers..toxic kiss, her lips and skin, can secrete deadly Poison. A kiss of death.” I smirked. “ Well… Ivy, I'd die a happy man.” He looked at my lips and we laughed together. We settled back on the sofa for movie night, blankets, dim lights, rain still falling. Halfway through, my head started throbbing sharp and sudden, like someone had driven a spike behind my eyes.

Darryl snarled at Lucien while the Alpha just sat there watching where everything would lead to. “ When I'm done with him in a few months, you can take his life by yourself. The abyss river can be tricky but I promise to keep him alive until then.” Lucien said, the idea of his punishment making his dark eyes gleam in excitement. The abyss was the highest form of punishment for demons, it was more excruciating than all levels of hell. Only the king of the underworld can go and leave as he wants without losing his soul. The river of abyss is capable of driving the strongest demons crazy by using their darkest nightmares against them, that's why it remained the highest level of punishment.

Then that's when I met Jieun a.k.a Ayu, she's also a Demon assassin and she was the one who recruited me and then I met the four Demon Gods, Demian, Seth, Ruthven and Azazel. They are all living in the underworld. They're Demons but they all look like they live on Mt. Olympus, well, all bad guys are rather good looking handsome or just like me, super good looking pretty handsome. Those ugly ones? They are just good, doing evil things.

The lives of the defenceless people there weren't even worth the sand under their feet to these demons. Benard, upon hearing about this, went to find the king, asking for permission to go and bring the head of this arrogant demon leader who was taunting the king's authority. Demons lived in the abyss located in the wastelands, where they'd been banished to. And there was a barrier that usually prevented even their runt from getting to the human territory. With them now causing mayhem at Vilvayle city, there must be a portal that leads from the abyss directly to that city. And he had a hunch that someone had either activated it or created it themselves.

She exhaled deeply before saying. "The abyss?. But that thing is forbidden. One wrong move, and the Demons will be free forever. You told me that yourself Darla…. The abyss was the forbidden item our first true blooded Queen used to cast the Demons down to the underworld, it was this same abyss that caused her life. There has to be another way". Hattie said.

Soon the mouth was opened wide, revealed the sharp teeth and a ball of red light started accumulated in front of it. "This is bad." Audelia muttered softly. The words, that were meant for only Audelia to hear, were heard by Rugbert, and it filled his heart with another ominous feeling. That feeling grew when Rugbert saw the ball of light appeared and accumulated in front of the demon's mouth. "Don't tell me..." Rugbert muttered in horror, "...That demon... is using.." "Yes, It's going to use Abyss Ray." Audelia answered, her expression is grave. There was a reason why both Audelia and Rugbert reacted so seriously. It because Abyss Ray was a curse magic that demon specialized in.

She approached the entrance of the Abyss and cut herself putting a drop inside a skull head as the door opened. She called Asmodeus the demon of the Abyss and told him about a dream of a supernatural being but couldn’t see her face clearly and told him to show her. In a distorted voice he said “I will show you the girl that you seek for but you will have to give me something in return” he said queen Lilith agreed and offered him a squirrel and instantly killed it.

Everyone knows the saying, "When you stare into the Abyss, The Abyss Stares Back." Many know about phenomena about Black Magic, Hauntings, Disappearances that have a Chill to it and if you search into it something sinister follows you. My Question is, What is THE ABYSS? Is it another Dimension of Horrors? Or a Realm of Mystery that intersects ours on a regular basis? Or is it a Life Form of many Forms who is trapped in an In-Between State or was Banished from Our Realm because it didn't want to co-exist with new life and just wanted to eat and destroy and feed off of Fear?
