When he saw Allison lying on the floor, he ran towards her. He felt a relief when he saw her breathing, she was just unconscious. But Ricky's soul left his body when he noticed Leo's absence. When he heard several footsteps outside the room, Ricky picked up Allison and laid her on the couch that was facing towards the window before covering her with a blanket. He pulled out the knives he hid in his jeans pockets.
