I could always 'walk' it. That night, I was crumbled up in my small bed, scared of the violent lightning and rainfall. I was cold and alone, not my best moments. When I shut my eyes to sleep, it was a series of nightmares. It was Roland, screaming out my name and relentlessly hunting me down.

Jess sat up right and once more it was pitch black, that’s when jess understood what this was. “My nightmares.” Jess whispered, her voiced echoed in the darkness, but it was as if Jess had just said the key for everything to explode. Every single one of her bad memories, jumped out of the dark, young Jess sitting with her dead mother, trying to clean her wound, hoping she will wake up if Jess just keeps pressure on it. Her Father chasing her, beating her, screaming at her. Her beast tormenting her once again. All the Jess’s, the young ones or the older ones, each one of them that cried out in pain as they were being cut, burned or beaten, each Jess that was ever told how she should just die,

Weird, I Know. "Where are you taking me?" I asked no one in particular hoping anyone would tell me, but none responded. "Matt, did you finish it?" The man with glasses asked the man on my left. So, his name is Matt. "Yes." Matt replied. My eyelids felt get heavy as the few minutes passed by in complete silence, and I fell asleep. My eyes shot open when someone shook me by my shoulder. I craned my neck to look at the man who woke me.

Gid, I knocked several times—-Ow," he said as he noticed the woman lying on the bed. "Nah, Uncle, I don't even know who she is, believe me," Gideon says, scratching his brow. Sam took a big breath, saying, "Never mind, go fix this and I'll come back to you later." and exited the room. Gideon nodded and looked at the woman. He walked into the bathroom and stared at himself in the mirror, wondering how long he could distract himself from a nightmare he would never forget for the rest of his life. He returned his attention to his body, the scratch on his chest that would never fade.

Telling him the exact old told tale. “Don’t you remember those happy voices in your mind as you sleep? Or maybe the screams you hear of terror in a nightmare. What is a nightmare? Isn’t a nightmare a small prison you’re trapped in, with no hopes of waking? Why? Because you never know you’re asleep. You forget everything, your name, your life, and who you are. The only thing to accompany you are the monsters that laugh in your mind, that taunt you, knowing everything. Your life, your happiness, everything that had been stolen away. Liora's POV The nightmares started three nights after the training room attack. At first, they were quiet — soft whimpers in the dark, Alora tossing and turning in her sleep. Don’t take me!” Her scream ripped through the room at 2:47 AM. I bolted upright, heart exploding in my chest, and pulled her into my arms before she could thrash herself off the bed.
