Alphas Betas And Omegas 소설 & 이야기

“For all of you. Always.” Like mother, like daughter. Except this time, the daughter has an Alpha, a Beta, and reasons to keep standing.

Miyamura ends up asking Sorahiko to get him a cup of coffee. Cowardly. He knows. He just needed a break— He needed to clear his head. That was too much at once. ‘That alphas are at the top, betas are below, and omegas are at the bottom’. ‘An omega like me cannot disrespect a dominant alpha like you’. ‘What I do know is that there is nothing you would tell me to do that I could refuse’.

she asked. “The backbone,” I said, with affection I didn’t hide. “Sean, Sharlotte, Banks. Omegas are not lesser; they are essential. They keep the house running, the accounts paid, the web and the phones and the day-to-day stitched tight. If Alpha and Beta set direction, Omegas make sure the ground under our feet is solid while we move.” “That… tracks,” she said, a small rueful sound. “From what I’ve seen downstairs.” “Exactly. Titles are old words for practical functions. We use them with each other because it’s shorthand. Outside, we say manager, supervisor, account lead.”

She went on to explain. "If they continue their education at a university, their ranking may improve. They must work hard to achieve their goal of becoming Beta. The children here are among the lowest ranks, the Omega." While I was listening to her, all I could do was nod. It appears that discrimination exists also in this realm as well, according to my understanding. Whoever is weak or impoverished is referred to as the Omega. According to what I understand, betas are werewolves who are strong and capable of living, while Alphas are the most powerful of all the werewolves.

I had been talking to my wolf, and the last thing I needed was for anyone to overhear and start asking questions I couldn't answer. The thought weighed heavily on me as I paced the small room. Within the pack's confines, ranks dictated everything: your role, your future, even the way others treated you. Alphas were born leaders; Betas were their steadfast second in command, and Gammas were the protectors. Beyond that, the hierarchy included warriors, trackers, healers, and of course, Omegas.

“Though I want to be an Iota, I’m sure it won’t be easy. I can try to be a Mu.” He stroked his back neck, then laid his back on the headboard. “Hmm, let me think first. Maybe it is good if you become my father’s maid under Evelyn. But I can’t protect you there as you will be in my father’s direct order.” “It’s okay. As long as it gives me a chance to get your father’s approval.” I let out a long sigh. “Besides, being an Omega, the lowest rank in the lowest rank category, I know I’m incompatible with you.” I snuggled my head on Constantine’s chest. “You will be the next Alpha, while I’m just an Omega. The difference between us is like sky and ground.”

During the course of our talk, she had come to sit beside me on the bed to get a better experience of the story. "So, tell me, is he hot? Well, he should be considering all Alpha's are," she mused. That's the thing about werewolf society; only the best for the best, as my mother correctly stated. There are different levels in our society; we have the Alphas, Betas, Gammas, Omegas, and the in-betweens. The alphas are at the top of the food chain and also the pack leaders, while the omegas are at the bottom and the rest follow suit.

“Darling, I am an omega, and I don’t have flawless skin like yours. I guess it must be a supreme dominant thing. The rumors are true, after all.” I fidgeted in the armchair. “Yeah, it must be.” Not that I cared, but typical omegas looked different from the rest of the crowd. Everyone had specific features. Omegas were soft and beautiful. Alphas dominated the crowd with their muscular bossy and intolerable personalities. Betas stood at the back, not too soft or too buffed. They nestled on the borderline. Yet, they escaped the world of pheromones that plagued Alphas and Omegas. Lucky bastards.

There are also cases where female alphas have been mated to make omegas and even in such a case, it's the omega that always takes the submissive position and carries a pregnancy. Yes, you heard that right. I'm our world, we have four genders: alphas, who are at the top of the food chain, gammas, these are very rare and some packs don't even have one, beta, the soldiers who make warriors because they aren't affected by the alpha or omega pheromones and finally us, the omegas. We are the lowest and are always the canon fodder. It's the omega that carries the pregnancy because we are born with a womb.

And why do they keep chasing me? People in this world are classified into three classes—Alphas, Betas and Omegas. The Alphas are on top of the chain and are considered a superior breed in every aspect. Betas are second in command. Then comes my weak race—Omegas. We are only seen and not heard, treated like breeding machines and sex slaves to Alphas. Only high-class elite Omegas are given respect. Alphas and Omegas have a higher chance of producing a Pure Alpha (someone who inherits all the dominant genes from Alpha); they mate with omegas. Mostly Betas and Alphas get married.
