A quirky talent that did nothing but label me a freak. I rounded another corner and found myself on a street I'd already searched. Every building here was at least two stories high and painted in perfect pastels, complimenting the massive white wall that enclosed the entire city. Super sized floodlights lined the glittering sidewalks, with another string running along the centre strip of the grey road. I rubbed the back of my neck, frustrated with getting no where. I don’t know what I’d hoped to accomplish, I just hated feeling useless.

I asked Edward in a tiny voice. I suddenly started to feel shy in front of Edward. Edward was still in a state of bewilderment. He probably never imagined I could look this terrifying. Edward chuckled, surprising me. I began to feel terrible. That was it. If he had discovered me like this before our marriage, he wouldn’t have accepted me. No human will ever accept a monster. My mother's scenario was different though. My father was a wonderful soul who saved my mom. My half-human and half-monster form was suddenly exposed in the moonlight as the moon appeared behind the dark clouds.

"A monster is feared. A monster is powerful. They've tried to make a joke out of you, a sinner, a pathetic climber. But a monster? A monster commands respect. A monster doesn't beg for a place at the table; he owns the table." He grabbed Davidson's shoulders. "They're giving you character. A weapon. Stop trying to prove you're a good man. Be the monster. Be the icy, calculating, genius usurper they think you are. Be the deviant who is so confident in his 'perversion' that he doesn't give a damn about their morals. Let that be your armor. Let their fear be your advantage."

His hand lifted, hovered just inches from the handle. If he turned it , if he stepped inside there’d be no undoing it. Not this time. He could finish what they started. Bury himself so deep inside that mouth, inside that want, that for a few hours, he wouldn’t have to think about betrayal and bloodlines and wedding vows. He could forget. But the thing about monsters was they followed you, even after the lights went out. And Rafael already knew, no matter how hard he tried to kill this thing between them, it wouldn’t stay buried.

It was one of the most disgusting putrid thing she sensed. A soul so stained. A soul bearing a grudge. Anger. A creature of offensive and vile that Luntian had to blink constantly just to not let herself be wavered by its darkness. Crimson red soul — almost like blood. And the soul only screams and snarls the same name repeatedly, continuously. ‘Accashia, Accashia, Accashia!’ It screams in a rhythm like a song. Like a curse. Luntian could feel her breath getting heavier with every step the monster takes. For her power bestowed on her by the spirits is both a blessing and curse. She can fight monsters and beasts… but she can never harm humans. Dead or alive.

A natural hero. A supreme being that made all the seven kingdoms and their powers tremble at the mere utterance of his name."

Everybody says, there could be no more prominent monster than envy, no more noteworthy hoodlum than dread, no more prominent adversary than covetousness, no more prominent hunter than anger, and no more prominent toxin than sharpness. There could be no more noteworthy monster than envy, no more prominent criminal than dread, no more prominent foe than eagerness, no more prominent hunter than anger, and no more prominent toxin than harshness, then, at that point I'll refute them. The most fulfilling second is seeing him disintegrate and beg.

The man was in need of a protein shake but though he was smaller in size compared to Fabian, he was still many times stronger than Amber. She shook her head in fear, trying to wake herself from the blanketing darkness. “You’re a monster..” she managed to spit out the blood in her mouth. Liam returned her accusation with a thin smile, “You have no idea.” Then he leaned near to face her, his eyes crazed with hatred, “And do you know what this monster is going to do?” At that moment Amber realized that there were worse things than dying. No…… Liam laughed manically and began to tug at her jeans and Amber screamed.

He could even slaughter a family for nonsensical reasons. "Damn it, I managed to provoke a monster like that when I'm only fooling around with small people? Hey, my 200 points should not be that easily spent. Who's the pet?" "How come a mere plaything of a monster is the same level as him! Just deduct it! Damn it! I'll make sure to earn the points again later by raping those two best friends."
