Xavier lied pointing at Aiden and me. I stared at him with my mouth open and Miss Vanessa gave me a disappointed look. "Both of you too," she said believing what Xavier said. "No, but-" I tried to convince her but she just wasn't having it. "No. You have detention after school and that's final," she stated and turned back to the board. I huffed and sat down on my seat pouting. Great now I have detention on the first day. This is all Xavier's fault! Angela dabbed the gloss on her lower lip and smacked her lips together. With that she was ready for the occassion. Today was a special day for Alma. The company had suffered a slight dip in beginning but it recovered quickly and was now thriving. Angela had devoted herself to work now. She was tired of crying and hiding under the covers. The world wasn't going to stop for her. Alma was doing exceptionally good and so now she wanted to try her luck in other areas as well. With that intention, she had invited XZN a fashion brand to form an alliance with Alma by share swapping. And today was the announcement party of that. A big day for her.
