Fuck! My hands shook with anger as I threw punches at the punching bag suspended from the ceiling, the force of my fists making a hole in the bag and ultimately pulling it down. I groaned loudly in frustration and stomped on the punching bag which was already flat on the floor. When it seemed like my anger had dissipated a little and there was nothing else for me to stomp, I plopped myself on a stool nearby, my breathing coming in haggardly.

Dad suddenly yelled and immediately walked up, breaking her about from me. She groaned in anger and I sniffled as he walked up to me, pulling me into a hug. I looked back at mum, who stared at her fingers quietly. She has serious anger issues, and tend to hurt anyone once her head sparks. I knew she wasn't at fault, so when she looked at me, I gave her a small smile which she avoided. “I'm sorry!” She said and walked away immediatelly. Dad broke the hug and patted my head.

If you never wanted to hurt me, then don’t do it” I said downheartedly, “I cannot control my anger, especially when you associate with other men” he growled, pulling me against his chest and wrapping his arms around me. A little warning before a big bear hug would have been nice, but I still love hugs, they are warm.

I had no idea how much I loved him until now. Without a thought, I ran up and pulled him into a tight hug. I sobbed freely n his arms. I was so scared. So much scared. He is an impulsive man when angry. I was scared he would hurt himself. I would have died f something had happened to him. Once I was calmed enough, I raised my red-rimmed eyes to his. His expression was neutral. Rage burst through me.

I know you’re angry with me and I also know that you can’t stay angry with me for long time.” I say while looking at him. He is standing with his back to me. I really want to hug him and say sorry. I’m sure if I do this, he will definitely forget everything I did, he will hug me back and forgive me. But I can’t do that. I have to control myself. I know it’s hard but I have to.
