The Fae King & His Hybrid Mate (The Hybrid Series) Book 2

The Fae King & His Hybrid Mate (The Hybrid Series) Book 2

and Ty looked at what we found. Marlon told us about when he noticed Sheila spiral as a teen and then it hit me and I pulled my book about Queen Anuba the deadliest succubus that ever lived. I told them, "History tells us that she was abandoned by her lover and she hated all male species and didn't believe in mates. She would drain men of their energy until they died and sometimes manipulate them to do her bidding. Her people started to plot against her as she would kill mated men, single and human men and even went overboard killing young teenage boys, this caused her people to rebel.

Living with a God

Living with a God

It feels like I was pushing a huge rock and didn’t make it to move. Anubis smiled in a sinister way. His eyes stare back at me with his black orbs’ pupils. “This isn’t funny for telling me you are meeting some God. Isn’t that insulting?” “What? —” My voice trailed off, “What are you talking about? Why do you keep talking about a God?” I tried to hide anything that he can tell I know a God. But when I think more of it, his name, and his aura. It isn’t just right like a human. “Are you a God?”

REJECTED MATE

REJECTED MATE

Each time I glanced up, he leaned forward and inhaled a deep breath. “What?” I asked. “You’re intoxicating,” he said as I took a sip of red wine. “And you belong at my side, not at his.” I spluttered on my mouthful. “What kind of wolf god doesn’t respect the sanctity of mates?” “I never said I was a wolf god.” “But—” “Most of my brethren have animal heads but that doesn’t mean we’re nature spirits.” My brows rose. His brother, Anubis, had the head of a jackal, but he was the Egyptian god of mummification and death. No one ever referred to him as a canine.

The Final Cut

The Final Cut

“The story attracted their attention. Isimud wasn’t telling the story to please the High Priestess. He was telling it to summon the Anunnaki. They were so entranced by his telling, they decided to make his story their home and inhabit it.” Isimud kept talking, his gesticulations becoming wilder. The Anunnaki swirled around in the thick air overhead and then darted after the priests and priestesses who were fleeing the steps. More appeared, conjured by Isimud’s tale, and seized the advancing soldiers. The priests who remained on the steps fell to their knees and tried to cover their ears. This didn’t save them. The Anunnaki fell on every member of the retinue. The soldiers fought them, so did

Nothing is Forbidden, Right?

Nothing is Forbidden, Right?

She sensed when her husband died, now there are contrasting versions of this story, some say she went to find his body with their baby Horus but the version my mother always told didn't involve Horus just yet. Isis eventually found Osiris' body and took it back to Egypt with her, She sought out the God Thoth to help her resurrect her husband. Seth found out her plans and hunted the body down and ripped the God's body into fourteen pieces and scattered them into the Nile. Isis refused to give up. She searched for the pieces of her husband's body, only finding thirteen of them. She employed the help of her sister and Seth's wife, Nephthys. Some believe that Nephthys and Osiris had a son, Anubi

I just thought this story was wonderful! The interactions, conversations, personalities were just real, sweet, emotional and fun. Just enough tension to spice it up but nothing stupid in behavior or words. Well done! Loved it!
Kara Lynne Anderson
This was excellent. I enjoyed it and was relieved that the author didn't try to add in a plot twist that would have changed the personality the story built for each character. the characters were so relatable and the forbidden aspect made every encounter filled with all the right tension.

Hunter Bride

Hunter Bride

I snapped at him, annoyed he was able to grab my attention like he had. “Very well, let’s see where was I? Oh yes, one day I saw the God Anubis and was convinced I had died, I was starving and hallucinating. Anubis approached me and asked if I wanted to avenge my family and escape the dreadful place I was in. Of course, I told him I did, and before I knew it, he was biting into my neck and feeding me his blood. Only when I had awakened did I realize what had happened. I had heard rumors from the guards of monsters that hid in the dark, killing those that crossed their path or making them into the same kind of monster. Confused, I stared at an ordinary man that sat across from me, laughing wi

both men said, falling to their knees and palms. Alu and Akar looked between themselves before looking to the ground. “I am perplexed,” Lord Anubis said, standing from his throne. “Two mortals when I expected a God.” His tone was deep and full of rage. “Lord Anubis, we were sent by Pharaoh to meet with…” “I know who sent you,” Anubis interrupted. “But what to do with you is now the question.” The brothers again looked at each other, confused.

The Runaway Wife and Her Tabby Cat Prince

The Runaway Wife and Her Tabby Cat Prince

Now get fifteen more to get even! Sekhmet: Let him cry some more hahaha Imhotep: Maybe he got into an accident? IDK Sobek: Hopefully, he dies. That’s a better W! Anubis: It’ll take more than a car crash to kill me. Sorry about suddenly vanishing. My wife suddenly asked for my attention because a mistress-wannabe wanted to make a scene. Sekhmet: My non-existent girlfriend is shaking her head… Imhotep: My deceased wife is starting to lecture me instead…

His Only Reward

His Only Reward

================================================================================================================= Realm of the Gods of Light "Fluff! She... called your child, Fluff! " Anubis, the God of Dogs, howled with laughter. "I have not laughed so much in over a century!" Anubis said as he rolled on his back and continued laughing, as tears ran down the large dog’s face. All the gods and goddesses were laughing. Some were trying to hold it in, but they were quite unsuccessful. "This is your fault!" Hissed Bastet at Ovinnik.

Where Ruby's Heart Belongs

Where Ruby's Heart Belongs

I started off as Chaze leaned in closer. “Anubis was tired of fighting Leviathan over and over again. Some say that Anubis would only win because of his dark magic. Leviathan realized this and came up with a plan to deprive him of his dark magic, then kill him. However, that battle never came to be since Anubis got word of Leviathan’s plan. So, the other gods locked him away where he can never be found. Only a small few knew how to find him, and how to unlock him.”
