Novel & Cerita Anxiety Attack Shaking Uncontrollably

With all the stress, she faced today, she is being faced with something that stopped happening long ago. The press just triggered her anxiety attack, and as she tried to stop it, it became even worse, her heartbeat increasing. Was she going to have a heart attack? her body shook vigorously, her breathing picking up. No, no. She tried to control her body, but it was already triggered, trying to stop it now would be useless. Her breathing became faster, she was hyperventilating like the air wasn't enough. Try and chuck it in Alison, try. Her hands were fidgeting, her whole body too, one would think she was shivering.

If only we had stayed at home and be discreet about our whole relationship, then we wouldn't have been in this mess in the first place. I sat up, pressing my knees to my chest and wrapping my hands around them, rocking back and forth, shivering all the while. Nervous wracks of discomfort ran through my body as I broke out in cold sweat. I realized, in my mind, that I was going through a panic attack, yet I was unable to stop it. My body was trembling and vibrating like a charged battery, tears welling up in my eyes as panic bells rang in my head.

Taking a good look around, he answered the phone. "Your office is been raided at the moment, your driver and your guards are dead as we speak. They know where you are and are coming to the airport." The call ended. A hot surge of fear cut through his stomach, causing his stomach to rumble like a toad in heat. He was unable to breathe, his hands were uncontrollably shaking, and he was having an anxiety attack. He slid his hands into his pocket but it didn't stop so he rubbed his palms together, making them warm.

I don’t want to be discarded. My thoughts continued to wander, throwing me into another never-ending spiral. I could feel my palms becoming slick with sweat, my hands beginning to shake. My breathing grew heavy, tightness constricting my chest. I couldn’t draw enough air into my lungs, no matter how hard I tried. I was panicking. The room seemed to be closing in around me, the space becoming smaller and smaller until it felt like there was nowhere left to breathe. The piercing sound of the monitor suddenly blared through the once-quiet room, though it sounded muffled to my ears. “Shit! He’s having an attack,” Monica shouted. The room erupted into controlled chaos.

To the point where my body cannot control itself and shakes vigorously in terror. My throat feels heavy and my chest feels clamped up. It's almost as if I can barely breathe. I let my other hand fold over my palm, with the aim to stop it from quivering as violently as it already is but that only worsens my cause. Now, my entire being feels like it is on fire. I let out an exhale, running my hands through my hair while trying to take control of my breathing. I don't even know if this is working but I keep going regardless.

She was having an anxiety attack. She grabbed her head with both hands and let out a loud scream before releasing her head and banging her fists on the table hard which caused a small potted plant to topple over and since it was close to the edge of the table, it fell to the floor and broke into pieces. She clutched unto her tightening stomach and grimaced in pain. She was having an anxiety attack. Lucky for her this seemed to be a small one and all she needed to do was calm down and avert her mind from it’s troubled state.

A surge of energy, thick and terrifying, suddenly consumed me, moving through me, causing me to shake uncontrollably. “Azriel…” I called out to him to help me like I had the right, but then I noticed he also started shaking uncontrollably. “What the hell is happening now?” His voice came out in stutters, too shaken to speak coherently. “I don't…I don't know…this isn't part of the symptoms…I've never heard of such a thing before…” As I spoke, whatever was moving through me moved through my body, all the way to my throat and out of my mouth.

I experienced the disorder then and now was the second time I would experience it again. My hands were shaking terribly and I could not get a hold of myself. I felt like my heart was going to stop beating and breathing would become difficult for me, as if I was drowning in a wide ocean. "Claire! Calm down! Claire!" I could hear Don Dada's yells in an attempt to help me calm down but then, I was no longer in control of my mind and body. He held my shoulders firmly, digging his fingers into my skin, making me feel a sharp pain.

It's just that having an anxiety disorder definitely puts you in the strangest of situations at the worst of times. I stay like that for a few more moments before I decide it's time to go back. I gather myself and leave. And that's when the shaking starts. I thought I might skip that part. More like hoping I would. It's so bad this time I feel I'll chip a tooth. I clench my jaws really, really tight and realize belatedly- I can't go back to class. Without much thinking I decide I will just go out, there isn't much time left before the class is over anyway. There's a small balcony on the rooftop, which should be empty, as guys who skip classes normally gather in the backyard.

"If there's anyone I want with me, Camilla, it's you." Jesus Christ! Someone had to help me because I was on the verge of becoming a homewrecker. But that was not even the problem, the problem was the fact that I didn't care! I could not take my eyes off him, not even when I asked the question. "Why?" He sighed and took his hand off mine. It felt as though I had been left bare and naked. "I suffer from severe anxiety attacks whenever I attend large events. I always take my pills along with me, but they don't help sometimes. This is an event I can't excuse myself from till it ends. That's why I need you, my doctor…"
