"I'm genuinely thrilled for you, Ava." As they approached the outskirts of Den Hollow, Ava's gaze fell upon a being that defied comprehension. He stood taller and more formidable than any Woolven she had ever encountered—a true giant. His body, where not concealed by armor, was adorned with protruding bones that seemed to exist outside his skin. As he extended his wings, Ava realized that even they were formed from an intricate arrangement of bones, resembling miniature skulls. His eyes, deep and abyssal, held a darkness that mirrored the night itself, while his skin possessed an otherworldly hue of blue.

"Move! To the Ark!" They ran for the docking ramp as the iceberg disintegrated. The Ark, already battered, began to tilt. "Jump!" They hit the water—cold, shocking, and pure. Aradaa woke up on a makeshift raft—a piece of the Ark’s exterior hull. The sun was hitting his face. It wasn't the bruised violet of the North; it was a clear, piercing gold. He tried to sit up. His head didn't throb with static. He reached for his "Master Port" at the base of his skull. His fingers found only smooth, scarred skin. The port had healed over.

“A little help?” “Kinda keeping this thing down!” Yonus shouted. “Nieve?” Heather shouted, turning to look at Archer. He looked at her, then Ariadne, then something in Ariadne’s arms that Heather couldn’t see, and then the floating skull. “I-” he stuttered. Too late.

Raven burst out laughing " That's so funny, how can you even see a person's skull through thier head" " You're right, it's a joke" " Wait a minute? Are you for real... Raven hastily ammended once she saw the look on his face. It has large horns, they are naked, their skin is red, and saliva drips from their large mouths with large teeth. Is t-that… W-What?! N-No way!

Her voice box had completely been damaged. T-Murek looked over at her with a satisfied smile on his face as he watched her suffer in pain. Some of her hair was burning off and dropping to the floor. Blood trickled down her forehead. The top layer of her head had become so soft. T-Murek grabbed the remaining portion of hair and forcefully pulled them out—with little effort, dragging off her scalp along with it. Her skull became partially exposed. He could see her milky white skull as blood rushed in to cover.

At least eight feet tall. Pale skin stretched tightly over an abnormally massive body. Its arms looked wrong. Too long. Bones distorted beneath flesh like failed surgery. And its face Dear God. Parts of it still looked human. Enough to make it worse. One damaged eye stared lifelessly at the camera while the other twitched unnaturally. Scars covered its shaved head. Numbers branded into its neck. L-001. The creature slowly lifted its head toward the camera. And smiled. Ava’s blood ran cold.
