Arya Book Novels & Stories

Arya wandered around his room for a while, and then collapsed on the sofa. His throat was completely dry. He reached for a glass of water, his eyes set on the framed photographs sitting inside the glass cabinet. He took a small sip watching the smiling face of a chubby toddler gripping the little finger of a young girl dressed in her white and blue school uniform. Looking at the picture, it was difficult to tell who looked happier – Arya, who was taking his first steps or his teacher, Esha. She had that look of a young girl who cannot control her happiness and why not – finally someone had held her hand.

He shifts back; putting a seat between us and truly looking horrified. Bibah simply shakes her head at our childish shenanigans and takes a sip of her iced latte, metal straw clinking in the Hydro Flask. “The Awoo Book Club’s pick for this week is H.P Lovecraft.” She pats the voluminous book atop the pile and I notice it’s the library copy of H.P Lovecraft’s Omnibus 3. “I’m so excited to roast his ass.”

I shrug. “Okay, I like her.” she points to me and looks at Rhea. “I’m Veronica by the way. Veronica Ryan. Grade B.” “Grade?” I raise a brow, confused. “A Grade basically tells how dangerous a person is. And before you ask, the difference between A’s and B’s is that A’s have committed murder.” “But mine is asterisked?” “It’s never been given before but I’m guessing it means numerous counts of murder.” Yeah. That makes sense.

Aria let out a breath before walking past everyone, mumbling apologies here and there, as she walked past their large bodies Aria was 5'5 which was quite small for a woman her age, but she loved it. She walked into her lecture for today which was English, mumbling a little greeting to the Teacher. Aria sat in the middle row, so she could get assets to the board well. With that, the teacher closed the door as the last student walked in. Let's get this over with Was Aria's last thought before bringing out her pink notebook? ___________________________________ 4 hours later

Alpha Draven's brows raised. Arya only waved her hand. "I told the moon goddess I didn't like the bland black hair, so she gave me this." She grinned. Alpha Draven's brows only furrowed further, his eyes were now back to normal. "What are you?" Arya smirked. "What do you think?" He shrugged. "I don't know, some mythical creature not found in books?" Arya smiled. "I'm surely not found in books. Thanks for the compliment."

Her book falls to the ground, alongside the person she bumps into. "Watch out, bitch" she heard her curse. She wasn't bothered by her words, knowing she was at fault. She scrunches to the ground and picks up the books, giving hers...the person she bumps into was Nora. She looked angry, her stares were as though they were having problems. Nora grasps her book from her roughly. "Sorry, wasn't intentional" Arabella apologizes. Nora stares at her from head to toe, giving her a disgusting stare. She can't believe it, Nora fights Rowan with this low-life girl.

But in the silence that followed, they felt enormous—like a truth finally breaking the surface after years of denial. Bobby didn’t answer immediately. He stepped closer, his tone careful. “Arya, you can’t—” “I can feel it, Bobby. I feel it.” Her voice trembled. “This letter—it doesn’t scare me. It calls to me. And every time I try to deny it, it’s like something inside me rebels. As if it’s reminding me of something I’m supposed to know.” Her reflection in the window shimmered faintly, the light distorting just enough for a strange silhouette to flicker through—a shadow of herself, but older, fiercer, eyes gleaming with something almost… ancient.

"Oh my God, where should I start?" 'Mine is happy,' Ash whispered, and Duncan’s lips twitched slightly—barely. "Come with me," Duncan gestured, leading her further inside. "Oh my! Is that what I think it is?" Arianna gasped at the sight of a dark green leather-bound book—one she would recognize anywhere. "You know it?" Duncan arched a brow. "Yes, of course!" She tried to reach for it, but she wasn’t tall enough, so Duncan helped her. "Thanks," she smiled at him, then looked down at the book. "The Ballads of the Ancients."

Just a final reminder that the next book is up, "Lycan's Little Prey" I assure you that you wanna delve into Arya's story.

I replied, attempting to mask my concern. His touch turned gentle as he held my face. “We are mates, Aarya. Your thoughts and fears resonate with me as if they were my own. So it’s better if you stop lying and start talking.” I sighed in resignation and said, “Mind you, I’ve only skimmed a few pages. So I don’t know much. My last ancestor will abilities were named Mirabai Agrawal. A charismatic woman, it seems. The book was written by Mirabai’s husband Alpha Hari Agrawal. He states that the book is laced with magic and only the next girl in our family with powers can fathom this book’s secrets. Not even an Alpha or royalty can understand it without my guidance.”
