He unleashed a golden aura, only for it to be engulfed by the purplish-red light rays. Gladwin suffered a backlash and spat out a mouthful of blood as he was staggered backward. James quickly summoned a gray, black, and white force and morphed them into a light shield around Gladwin.

GRACE'S POV I walked into the parking lot, searching for Ethan. My eyes scanned the area as I slowly walked. The slim and sharp surface was covered in drying blood, and the trace of wolfsbane was evident, as the blood took on a greenish, rotting tint. Nonetheless, the hilt is what truly caught the Alpha's attention. It was made of a clear crystal, with only a thin aluminum wire wrapping around it, creating an intricate design. Slowly Ash goes away muttering to himself. The next two days fly past; we learn how to fight with swords and to protect ourselves with shields. Then on the last day we go over everything we have learnt. Were both good at different things, Ash is good at hand-to-hand combat and sword fighting. He can also run well but I can keep up with him so we called it even. I’m good at throwing knives and shooting with the bow.
