Assassin And Cinderella Chapter 1 Novels & Stories

We locked the dungeon’s door and walked back toward the bedroom, making sure to walk in the shadows as we did, careful not to be seen. We entered the bedroom and I couldn’t help but let out a sigh of relief when we did, wrapping my arms around Iris and pulling her in for a hug. The two of us were yet to grieve over who was once the best assassin of her time. She was known for her strength, power, and purity. The idea of her betraying the way she did would have never occurred to my mind had we not lived through it, and seeing that she tried hitting two birds with one stone, and that one of those birds was Iris and I didn’t come as pleasing to me.

However, during the distraction, I didn’t notice that one of the wolves had circled around me until they bit me on my right calf, causing my leg to give out and I fell to the ground. As I lay there, an angry, growling, dark brown wolf slowly walked towards me to deliver the final death blow. I tried to protect myself by lifting my hand to stab them, but my arms were like weights. I thought, this is it. This is the end. Out of all the enemies I have made as an assassin, a fucking wolf will be the death of me. My head hit the ground as it got too heavy to lift. All I could do was turn it to the side and watch as death came for me.

The villagers wept inside their huts as my cold gaze was unleashed. No one was going to leave the village alive as long as I stood. "Ruby Vermillion. The Scarletflame Assassin. The Red Riding Hood of Hezel." "The woman who’s going to feed on your bones," I continued his sentence and smiled. "The woman who can tumble you down." "You will not shun me down, darling. I have Mally on my side. He will squish you in a leap." "And I will disarm with a blink."

Cinderella muttered and took off her heels in annoyance so that it would be easier for her to run to escape after she saw some guards coming her way. Since this is their first time stealing, and also their first time in the castle, naturally they don’t know that they need to familiarize themselves first with the terrain. Also, they have to have the map of the castle to know where the treasure room is. But Ariel naturally can’t know that since she has never been to the castle before. Thus, the three of them are now like headless flies as they run around the castle, playing a ‘game’ of chase and hide and seek with the castle guards.

His hand moved from my dress, capturing my arms, and pinning them against my body with his own. I gasped for air when he released my mouth from his, feeling slightly dizzy from the lack of oxygen. His erection pressed into my backside forcing mewls and whimpers from my lips. Cool air caressed my bare skin, my scalp tingling in relief from the sudden release of his hand from my tangled strands. He had moved faster than I could see, one claw slicing through the front of my dress, leaving me exposed. He spun me away from him, roughly shoving me to my knees. “I know what you want my little assassin, but you’re going to have to earn it.” His voice was husky, his hands moving toward his belt.

—THE TRAITOR’S STRIKE It happened in a blink. As Ava turned to face her people, a figure burst from the crowd—hooded, fast, blade gleaming. Cassian shouted. Darius leapt. But the assassin was already too close. The dagger aimed for Ava’s heart. Until she caught it mid-air. The crowd gasped. Ava twisted the blade free, flipped it, and drove it into the traitor’s side—without hesitation. The hood fell. And her blood ran cold. “Nira,” she whispered.

It was just like opening a window into a life she no longer belonged to. “I get it.” Her voice cracked. “This whole thing is insane. And it’s not over yet, is it?” “No,” he said quietly. “It’s not.” She looked up at him, tears brimming in her eyes. “Why me, Nicholas? Why did this happen to me?” He didn't know what to say. He was fascinated by the coincidence of the striking resemblance of Amelia and Allison and the fact she was the one who witnessed the assassination. Something was telling him it was Adrian's handwork though he didn't have any proof.

I mumbled under my breath and when I felt that Hera's grip loosen a little bit, I took that as an opportunity to suddenly push myself up and she got startled and lost her balance. We both stood up and I moved in glitched behind her. I'm an assassin, she can't beat me when it comes to stealth movements. I grabbed her hands and pushed her on the wall, pinning her hands above her. She tried to use her knee to hit me but I put my hip between her legs and pressed my lower body on hers and she whimpered. "Not so fast, princess." I whispered and smirked at her. "Let me go, you pervert!" She whispered back hardly while struggling from my grip.

There was a vein on her forehead that began to bulge and the woman looked as if she were about to explode. I started to step away from her, “Who in the world do you think I am?” “You are Isabella! Ella! Cinderella! The bitch who made my life hell! So, I am returning the favor!” Just then she wrapped her hand around my throat and threw me into the wall that I had recently had her back pinned to. She grunted before she asked “How else do you explain not dying when those rats showed up in your shed?! You are Isabella reincarnated so you are immune to the damn illness!” She was the one to put the rats in the shed that she threw me in.
