"Come, I'll show you..." He said and all three of them followed him. Jackson guided them towards the open balcony. We are still waiting on those results. When we enter Rose’s room, I am immediately assaulted by her amazing smell and Zeus finally calms down again. Atlas opened the car door for Rose. Slowly Rose stepped out of the car in a daze. "Where are we? Why are we here?" she asked while looking around her surroundings with stunned surprise. Atlas gave her a sheepish smile. "Sorry, Rose. I don't know anything. I just did what Boss asked me to. Now I have to go back. Call the boss and ask him yourself" With that said, Atlas folded behind the wheel and drove away from the farmhouse, leaving Rose alone.

“Atlas, I..” I smell something sticky and sweet that makes my stomach turn and my lips curl. Honeysuckle, jasmine, and…winter rose? I open my eyes, the smell of Sydney’s perfume making my eyes water. Looking at his shirt I see a smear of pink lip gloss in the perfect shape of lips on his chest near his heart. That’s right. I was out here for a reason. “Goodbye, Atlas,” I right myself and walk towards the door, my left foot wobbling as I make my way around him.

We stopped at the flower shop before heading to the restaurant where his parents were waiting. ----- Lunch went surprisingly well. It wasn’t nearly as awkward as I had imagined it might be. Mr. and Mrs. Fox were warm. They thanked me for catching Odette’s true intentions and said I’d done the right thing by confiding in their son. Atlas practically glowed at that. He spent the rest of the afternoon gloating about it even until we drove to the hospital. Earlier, we had already dropped off Tessa’s flowers at the mansion and now I was holding a bouquet meant for Bridget. Atlas also bought one for me and handed it to me in the car earlier, a deep red rose bouquet, saying it reminded him of me.

This time he admitted frankly. “Then can I give you flowers now?” She handed him a bouquet of colorful flowers and said: “Don’t worry, these are flowers I picked myself.” Atlas did not accept it but said: “I should give you flowers.” His voice could not help but be a little guilty, he had heard Dalziel say what day it was today. “Why, we are husband and wife, it doesn’t matter who gives flowers to whom.” After speaking, Daisy placed the bouquet in his hands and turned back to push the wheelchair away. Atlas looked at the bouquet for a while and then picked it up. He smelled the strong scent of roses, the faint scent of forget-me-nots, and the purity of orchids.

Rose smiles, and without even hesitating for a moment, she walks into her arms. "Rose mommymama." She cutely giggles. Artemis closes her eyes and holds her tightly before she stands up while carrying her. Atlas steps forward and smiles at Rose, "And I am your Grandpa, little wolf." "Cookie?" Rose extends her cookie to him. I watch as Atlas's face softens, his expression shifting from that of a fierce Alpha to a grandfather completely captivated. He looks almost boyish, the way his eyes light up when Rose holds out her precious cookie.

Aycxe called my attention causing us all to get serious. "Noella, update?" she asked, eyes focused on her scope. "All of the Black Dragons are entering," Noella answered. "Rose, set your time, two minutes from now," Aycxe ordered. "Real fvcking two minutes, Rose, not a freaking two seconds," she immediately added. I secretly chuckled and turned serious when she turned to look at me. Hoho. Never mess with her very, very, short patience. I did what she said. I set all my bombs to the time she gave me. I even put an earpiece in my ear and played happy music to enjoy what I was doing.

"If I see you again, I won't be as nice." She smiled, taunting and mocking, like she cannot wait to see if he'll honor his words. Atlas decided the only thing he likes about her is her body. That's the thing he hates about her kind of women. They take control in the bed, which he likes, but once out of it, they still hold to that illusion of power. He closed the door behind him, checking the inner pockets to see the rope she used to tie him up. Atlas grinned to himself, shook his head to get rid of the thoughts and entered the elevator.
