I was pull by a strong arms as I was about to hug Xander. "Did you just wink at him?" Calix glare at Xander, I chuckle "I did." He growls lowly as he pull me even closer at him. "MINE!" He yell in his Alpha tone, the pack members flinch and submit, same with Xander and Rose. I shook my head and capture his face to mine, meeting his dark orbs and kiss his lips. "Yours." I whispered as his eyes turning back to it's normal color. "Come on! I'm starving! The party is outside!" Rose beamed as he drag Xander out of the room, the pack members and our families, followed leaving me and Calix alone.

He would not lose his mate for anything. The messenger came back with the news Alexia wanted to hear. War. He also came back with the news that raged her. The man she loved was taking another Luna. Thinking Rhys would have come back, I turned around quickly. A big, scary person came through the door instead. A. E. Hart. Inswas tinctively, my heart beat faster when I saw him. The Alpha of the Shadow Grey Pack looked great, and his broad shoulders filled the space. Just looking into his bright blue eyes made me forget about the war, the stress, and the pain for a moment. The bull rushed at queen Shirley and dragged her from her horse while her horse fled . I watched the whole scene in my head. There was no way I was going to let myself be used but the moment I heard her screams it was just as if it sent an Information into my head . It felt like I was listening to my people crying and screaming .

I said, my voice filled with surprise. Beta Alex nodded, a small smile on his face. "I know, Alpha. But I think this could be a good thing. We could use an ally, especially one as powerful as Helios' pack." I nodded, my mind racing with the possibilities. I would write back to Helios tomorrow, after the celebration was over.
