Now that I think about it, I feel sorry for him. The sight of the demon was an ugly one. Barza or whatever she was called had looked like a naked woman except... she was covered in some sort of oily black paint. Her red eyes were devoid of pupils and her hair was a bright red color. I shuddered at the thought of her being Theo's soulmate. I felt Theo's hands on my shoulders and I was snapped out of my thoughts. I said confidently. "That's all I wanted to hear boy" he said with a bitter smile. He just want me to spit it out myself. He sure know what the devil did to me and knows I've been trying to get his life. "You are not the only one that is unto that demon. He might be powerful but when we join forces, he's no match for us. This time around he bit more than what he can chew" he said with his eyes glowing. I was glad that alpha Callus too was angry. We need rage to face that demon.

"Mr. Parell, I couldn't stop him…" Leo's frantic shouting snapped me back to reality. That was when I realized… I had been reborn. Bayndemar. A horrifying hell on earth. I lifted my chin slightly and spoke through clenched teeth. “May the moon goddess punish you,” I said coldly. A faint smile formed on his face immediately, and it only made my anger sharper. “I think,” he said calmly, leaning back, “the moon goddess is already punishing you.”

The demon came at him with dozens of replications of himself surrounding Damonq. The ancient ducked low and went under the wall of Kaisers, somersaulted and came up behind the one he was certain was the real flesh-and-blood demon. He’d chosen that one simply because, just once, the eyes shifted toward Afanasiv. It was a small thing, but it was telling. He caught the head between his hands before the demon could spin around, wrenched with his enormous strength, snapping the neck bones and tossing the body to one side. Leon waved his hand at the replicas, giving them a kind of life. Each of the bodies, and there were a dozen, turned to face Damonq.

She really looks as scary now as she look at the golden box that is shining so bright. “We have searched every place in this place; THIS is just here all along. The power is mine and I will destroy everyone using it!” Demonica said laughing but that scary voice is stronger than Demonica’s voice. “Demonica stop it already. Let’s- Let’s just talk thing through.... I am really sorry.” Veronica said and she said those words whole heartedly. Demonica just laugh menacingly, I know from then on that Demonica is now barely gone and the black goddess is taking over.

I reach my hands up as I simultaneously released a burst of power outwards. Demon powers are only at full strength in the underworld but up here it’s barely even a whisper. But the force that slammed into me and cancelled out my powers told me this Demon was on another level. He was one of the higher station hunters. “Now try not to struggle and let’s just go.” His voice was deep and low like if he was bored and I was an announce. I stay silent, shaking with rage.

"Human... how are you..." Lucien Desrosiers, the Demon King of the dark court, took one stunned step back. The noise behind him died at once. The hall was packed with elders, guards, and newly chosen sacrificial consorts, yet everyone seemed to forget how to breathe. Someone whispered, "She is not afraid of him?
