Everything now seemed a trap, a sinister game orchestrated by unseen hands. With every heartbeat, she thought she heard ghostly footsteps approaching her walls. As if watching a document, Dolores felt her eyes going through a novel called, "Saving my moonlight in the haunted mansion". Sadie Laurent was going through her late grandfather's stuff when she found an old key. Sadie being a curious cat spirit, kept pestering her parents to know where this place was, but her parents kept avoiding answering. At last, Sadie pestered the old granny of her house.

His voice pulsates in excitement. At once a man appears in front of him out of no where, as soon as Benjamin opens the gates of the haunted house. "Do not go there. It is just an illusion." A man in a long coat with no limbs flying in air appeared in front of him. "It is the evil spirit which is calling you." He warned him. But Benjamin did not care for his words. On a trance he continued to walk ahead towards the mansion. "Our phones are dead. I need to call somebody for help. My wife is laying there unconscious." He points to his broken car.

Surprisingly, I don't find the idea disturbing. Feeling boredom as it sets in quickly, I make my way over to the bookshelf. I start to peruse the titles and am shocked at what I find. I see the House of Night Series, The Twilight Series, Forbidden Knowledge, Harry Potter Trilogy, and various books on Military Protocols all with black covers. The books are all in good condition too. Not interested in any of the military books I reach for the first book in the House of Night Series. As I take the book over to the couch to settle in, the door swings open.
