Not really in the mood for TV, I wander over to the massive bookcase and pull out “Emma” by Jane Austen, I've been wanting to read it since I finished “Pride and Prejudice” but we didn’t have it at the Beta’s house, and our school library didn’t stock it either. Going to the door I see Ken my mum's bodyguard standing there nodding at him I head inside,not seeing her in the sitting room and the lounge,I go to the one place I know she'd always be--the library. Opening the door to the library I see her hunched over a book Pride and prejudice by Jane Austen her absolute favorite.Seeing as she had not made known my presence I quietly make my way to her before engulfing her in a hug.Realizing that someone is here with her she turns and as she sees its me a huge grin appears on her face.Smiling down at her I move towards the chair opposite her.

The walls being light colored didn’t surprise me more than the mountains upon mountains of books he has sitting on bookshelves surrounding the room. I walk around the room running my hands over all the different titles and authors. Jane Austen, Charles Dickens, Mark Twain, H.G Wells, and so much more. It's been three days since she started delaying the inevitable event of being stuck with Dom in Canterbury. After minutes of pondering, she stood up and reached the small shelf of books she has. Her eyes locked on two books, Jane Eyre by Emily Bronte and Great Expectations by Charles Dickens. She had just finished reading Persuasion, and she was still on the assessment of her feelings towards the ending of the story. Maybe another book can take her mind off things. She decided on Great Expectations, gladly picking up the book and bouncing back to her bed, to enjoy another pleasurable surmount of reading a book.
