The Almighty Dragon General

The Almighty Dragon General

Clayton said lightly, “Do you really think setting up the Tai Chi Tribulation is enough to kill her? She’s much more insidious and vicious than you thought. She has already prevented you from cultivating the Daeclon Rank. “It’s also not going to be easy to cultivate Heavenly Path Power as well. Your counterpart has already mastered the Light Heavenly Path Power. But it’ll probably be even harder for you. You’d have to go through countless obstacles.” Clayton looked at Dark Thea and said, “You won’t ever stand a chance against her if you don’t reach the Xaeclon Rank or comprehend Heavenly Path Powers.” Dark Thea squeezed her wine jar and suddenly tossed it into the distance out of irritation.

This end is terrible. I strongly believe there is a volume 2 or part 2. I refuse to be left hanging and thinking of a million ways the whole thing played out. Patiently waiting for volume 2............

Sara and the Conqueror

Sara and the Conqueror

My legs felt like lead, and my head swam, but the fire in my blood was roaring back to life. "Silvermoon is the primary power," Kayvon listed quickly, his fingers flying over the screen. "And there are two minor vassal packs—the Stone-Claw and the River-Runners." I looked at Zita, my eyes narrowing. "Go back. Get into the Twilight Zone. I don't care how many shadows you have to kill or how many laws you have to break. Find out if she is there. Find out if Tristan is hiding a ghost in his cellar."

Court Of Sins And Twilight

Court Of Sins And Twilight

“We’ve received a warm welcome from three courts so far—the Frost Court, the Celestial Court, and the Ember Court.” The three most powerful ones after Twilight. That alone gave weight to our cause. “However,” he continued, voice darkening, “we received a rejection from the Verdant Court.” Of course. Malchor sighed, pushing back in his chair. “They’ve always been a prideful bunch. Loyal to Kyante’s father to the end. Even now, that court still clings to the old dynasty.” “And if they still revere her bloodline,” Seraphim added, “they’ll never fight against her. Even if it kills them.”

Shadow Moon

"I won't let them harm us." Aunt Cleo's voice sliced through the air like a warning bell, her words laced with urgency and gravity. "Aqua, you need to grasp the true threat of the coven. They're not just ordinary casters. Each possesses unique abilities, ranging from unnaturally swift regeneration and inhuman strength to the sinister power to manipulate creatures and even people, turning them into spies. Some even boast of an unnerving form of immortality, extending their lives far beyond the natural order. And worst of all, they have the terrifying capability to absorb the powers of other casters."

Corrupted

Corrupted

Kriss cast a spell which spread blue twinkles around one body but they silently burned the body from inside, taking their life. “Dwell in monstrosity, eradicate all light- Darkness!” A darkness began to emerge from the ground, subduing the blue sparkles by the darkness, consuming it. Inhaling deeply, Kriss moved his one leg back along with his sword, raising his now white eyes, with exquisite patterns around his arm. Different from Zadicus’ as they held Holy Magic. “Sinking in despair, bow before my glee. Come, synchronize my command and offer your demise.”

Entangled with the Lycans of Pawxlore High

“Okay, genius.” She rolled her eyes but the style she does hers was different from the master’s—Rachel. Her eyes moved so fast that you’d think they disappeared at one point. “So to stay in their shadows, they would need runes and the power to fully conceal themselves in it depending on their ranks. Clearly, not every demon can easily move in and out of twilight, especially not stay in between. It’s definitely a higher-ranking one.” I wasn’t going to ask what ‘the higher ranking one’ was yet because she was clearly engrossed in what she was saying. “And I…I’m looking for a specific rune, I need help to er… find… it.”

The Rogue Warlock's Twin Flame

The Rogue Warlock's Twin Flame

“Not that it’s not all true but—” I grin. “Anyway,” she takes a deep breath, as if she allows herself to get distracted only that far. “This is where it becomes really freaky, you know.” My spine straightens at the word ‘freaky.’ “Tell me.” “Well, she said that in the next hour or so, you’ll have visitors who will create wards to protect Mystical Grove. That after all the disruptive weather fluctuations and that freak storm that just happened earlier in the evening today, the possibility that some… not-so-good elements have discovered there’s an unknown but powerful Warlock here. And that if you’re discovered while still untrained about your powers—we don’t even know what powers you actually

Lycan Prince Matteo

Lycan Prince Matteo

With a knowing smile exchanged at just the right moment, Clay anticipated the impending attack from Joric. Joric growled and relentlessly charged at Clay. When the future beta declared that it was time for him to shift, Joric complied. His wolf, Claude, was a formidable creature. Despite being a large, dark brown wolf that could be intimidating due to his size, the light brown hue of his paws emitted a sincere vibe. Despite his imposing stature, observers might mistake him for an alpha, but his aura resonated with that of a beta. Since he hadn't reached the age of 18 yet, his status could change upon reaching maturity.

Twilight Skies

Twilight Skies

"MIRRA!!" Carrie screams as she races into the kitchen and tackles me at the knees. I laugh as I pick her up and bounce her little. Sometimes when I've been over here on the weekends, Carrie and her two older twin brothers, Tyler and Taylor, have been here, too. Carrie is barely three with long curly black hair, blue eyes, dark skin and chubby little cheeks. Tyler and Taylor are almost five. Both boys have the dark skin but Tyler has dirty-blond hair and hazel eyes while Taylor has dark brown hair and green eyes.

The Secretly Rich Man

The Secretly Rich Man

The important thing to note, however, was the fact that there appeared to be some kind of priestess—sitting cross-legged on a big stone—who had a horsetail whisk in hand. She was Master Trilight, and upon seeing Elain, she was promoted to say, “There you are. Did you bring the medicine over? If so, we can continue cultivating right away. I can see that you’ve collected quite a bit of masculine aura recently. I hope you remember that failing to dissolve that aura using the method I taught you—and transforming it into a source of power—in time will result in you exploding!” “I haven’t forgotten, Master!” replied Elain as she took a seat before revealing the medicine. Upon opening the bottle, a

It's a good book as far as I have read so far. I'm getting discouraged, though. I'm running out of patience and time for these types of stories. "Neverending" stories where some chapters repeat themselves for some reason or other drives me bunkers. Just saying. I prefer shorter stories.
