One man says pointing to the blue flowers growing down below. Beatrice lays belly down on the ground with blood glistening around her head. Only a few feet away lies a dead wolf with a large stick protruding through its stomach. Billy freezes for a moment before he rushes to the edge of the ledge and jumps down, landing with a roll and spinning to pull Beatrice into his arms.
