Novel & Cerita Black Clover Golden Dawn Captain

I opened it in the changing room after the game, still in my skates and gear, sweat cooling against my skin uncomfortably despite the triumph of victory ringing from my teammates around me, oblivious and unaware. A letter. No return name at the top, simply Cole Silverclaw... You don't know me yet, but you will. I am not your enemy, whatever your father has told you. I am the reason your mate is still alive to stand in that stone hall and take your name. Twenty years ago I watched my pack burn because I trusted the wrong people to keep peace. I won't make that mistake again, and I won't let Lena Corwin make it either out of loyalty to a family that has spent twenty years pretending it wasn't

Evan cried. “You came back to ensure he died,” Nick said kneeling. “You did that.” He said looking at Evan. “Go back to the future, you will face another darkness, your mother will seek you again, she is only gone now, but her soul still plagues this world, new darkness as awakened. You’ve only killed one; there are others more sinister than his. Go now you are who they seek, and they will not stop until they have you.” -The End-

Like long lost friends our magic twined and embraced one another. A puff of air left my mouth as I felt her mind probe mine. I saw the confusion in the light witch's eyes as if it had taken her by surprise too. The dark-skinned wolf with long black hair by her side growled. I could see him look between us as his eyes began to shine a beautiful golden color, then turning black. Just like Rhett’s the dark eyes held a flash of white in the center and I knew he was one of the Queens four knights.

The man was crawling away, bleeding, his helmet cracked. "Who sent you?" Jack growled, pinning the man to the floor with his boot. The captain coughed blood. He looked at Jack’s face, then at his mutated arm. His eyes widened in recognition. "He... he said you would come," the captain wheezed. "Who?" "The other one," the captain grinned, his teeth red. "The Perfect One." Jack frowned. "Subject C?" "He calls himself... Cain," the captain whispered. "And he sends his regards."

"Malachi opened the lower gates! We are surrounded!" The outer stone door burst open. A dozen men poured into the cavern, their dark wool tunics pinned with the silver wolf pin of Ironwood. At their head stood Captain Vane, Malachi’s most ruthless veteran, a man who had taken orders directly from the High Lord for twenty years. Vane drew his heavy longsword, his sharp gray eyes sweeping over the carnage in the cavern, the dead rogue on the slate, the black smoke rolling from the arch, Cassian bleeding from a shallow cut on his cheek, and Kian pinned beneath the Ashen King’s iron grip.

At the front, an old face I hadn’t seen in a decade. Caleb Darkfang. General of the Northern Watch. My old mentor. And Kael’s most loyal hound. He sneered when he saw me. “Damon Blackthorn. Traitor. Usurper. Murderer.” I met his gaze with dead calm. “Caleb.” “You have no right to speak my name.” Rhea stepped forward. “He has every right. I summoned him.” Caleb’s eyes narrowed. “You’re her. The lost one.”

I wrap my arms around her waist pulling her in for a chaste kiss before laying my forehead upon hers with a gentle hum. “Alpha Demetri Black is the head alpha of Crimson Dawn. Jamie called me a handful of times when Cole’s PTSD was triggered and Alpha Black needed a gentle way to bring him back. Jamie just found a package Alpha Black gave him that he didn’t expect to find addressed to me. A smartphone and a letter were found inside.” I break my hold on my mate and walk back to the table picking up the letter. I hand it to her and wait for her to finish reading. “All of us?”

I sat back in my own chair and stroked my chin thoughtfully. “Perhaps she is at another pack. Maybe they have kept her hostage for a ransom.” The idea made me sound crazy but I was out of explanations by now. The next thing I knew my warrior on guard at the main gates of my land was knocking frantically at my door. “Come on in.” I ordered. He bowed to me and I gestured for him to take a seat. “This better be good news.” I growled. “Alpha, we have someone at the gate claiming to be Elora’s mate. He states that she will not be returning to this packhouse. He wishes to collect her belongings.”

She was not prepared for her sister's heat to be over so soon though; she had been hoping to stop them before it went too far. "First prize goes to captain obvious," Clary muttered, standing up and pulling Olivia into a tight hug. "I've missed you, don't stay away so long next time. Is this your mate?" she asked when she released her and turned to the ebony skinned man with dark eyes and golden scales covering her arms, obviously having decided against covering her marks. "He's handsome" she whispered in Olivia's ear, making her giggle.

Helen followed, wrapping her cloak around herself, face pale but composed. Ahead, a row of Red Moon soldiers blocked the road. Their armor carried Alpha Gray’s crest. They stood firm, spears grounded, hands near their blades. One soldier stepped forward. He looked like the captain. “Alpha Keith of the Silver Moon Wolf Clan?” he asked. “Yes,” I said. “I am here with my beta and Helen. We wish to speak with Luna Aurora, who is my sister. Let us pass.” The captain shook his head once. His voice stayed polite, but it was very firm.
