“They’re not just seeing,” I whispered, the realization making my chest tighten. “He used black magic to cover himself, they’re perceiving something beyond us.”

“Draven, send this to the detectives. Now. I want a refined version of this sketch done by tomorrow morning, every detail enhanced. Print it. Share it to every outpost and border patrol.”
