“I think that’s smart, and if your mom is hesitant to work with you, talk to Cal, Eliane, or even Raina. Maybe she can work with you when the two of you go flying.”
“That’s a great idea. Thanks again,” I say, standing and hugging him before heading to my parents’ house.
“Oh, and Brooke,” he calls after me.
I turn and look at him.
“Now that I know how strong you are, I’m going to put you in my intermediate swordfighting class. You may not have the technique down yet, but you have the strength to hold your own. B
