Bloody Sweet Novels & Stories

Not a single drop spills. Steam rises from the goblet in thick, fragrant ribbons. Even before I look directly at it, I know what waits there—donor blood, human and fortified, rich with added iron that makes it smell almost metallic. The sweetness curls up into the back of my throat like syrup mixed with rust, heavy and cloying. Something that should make my fangs tingle with anticipation. Should being the operative word—because instead, my stomach tightens with revulsion at the thought of forcing down even a single swallow.

Taking advantage of his momentary distraction I yank his wrist mid stroke taking it into my mouth and with all my strength bite down on the spot I think his vein lies. My teeth roughly pierce his thick skin and warm blood flows into my mouth. He gapes at me. Truly shocked by my unexpected insane like actions. There is something else that shocks me and it's not the fact that I completely lost my mind and bit someone. No, it’s the taste of his blood. It's sweet and bitter at the same time like dark chocolate while also being smooth and thick like honey. I've tasted my own blood from the numerous times I bit the inside of my cheek from chewing too hard. The point being it always tasted metallic

I repeated but with some hostility. "No need to sound aggressive Mr James" said Nicolas. He had a heavy moustache and a big frame and when he smiled, it didn't quite reach his eyes. "We have a message for you" Harold said. "Give me the message and get the hell out" I said. "Its right here" Nicolas said, searching his briefcase. Before I could react, two bullets were immediately lodged into my skull. I saw my life flash before my eyes as I slowly sank into oblivion.

He screamed in pain while trying to pull out the dagger. “Shit help its fucking silver” His whimpered “The handle can not be silver you fool she just threw it with her bare hands” Aaron growled as he went to remove the dagger that was imbedded in his Beta’s testicles. He quickly pulled his hand away wincing as he glared at me. “How did you throw a dagger that is all silver?”

With my trembling hands, I grabbed the handle of the door, and it had just opened when Bell's scream froze us. I furrowed my eyebrows and turned back only to see her pale face with widened eyes. She covered her mouth with her hands and panicked. We followed her gaze and stared at the sink. The sight I saw sent chills down my spine. Blood was flowing instead of water from the tap, which had blown us all away. I choked in the air as she showed us the blood across her lips. "I told you, Bell. But still, you didn't listen to me."

She liked the chaos, the shock, the way the room thickened with tension. "My apology, Lady Liora. I got carried away," said the king, licking drops of blood from his lips, "virgin blood is the sweetest one. " He said it like he was discussing wine, not murder. "The sweetest blood is the mates' one," I corrected him.

Natasha POV I open it up and saw few files and then a flash drive, I glance through the files but was more curious as to what I could see in the flash drive, so I plugged it into my laptop and opened the file, it was a video so I clicked on it and my eyes dilated as I gasped, clasping my hand to my lips in horror. "Russelli." I gasped as tears streamed down my eyes. In the video, Russeli was covered in blood and barely alive as he was rushed into the operating room for surgery. The surgery was carried out and also a blood transfusion. I had thought I had been more injured, but Russeli's was worse.

Fuck she is extremely beautiful. "Luciana I dare to you make out with Ares" the drunken red head said while she was giggling at the shy girl whose name I got to know now is Luciana. I looked at her to see her hazel orbs wide as she licked her lips slowly while looking at me. Her lips looked so full and pink that I just want to bite with my own teeth and maybe this is the only chance I have to do this.
