"Ms. Blackthorne, this is Agent Torres with the Department of Supernatural Affairs. We need to speak with you regarding Arwen Blackthorne immediately. We'll be arriving tomorrow morning for a mandatory evaluation. Please ensure the subject remains available for questioning." The line goes dead. "Pack a bag," Margaret says, and her voice sounds hollow. "Only the things that matter. We're leaving in ten minutes." "Leaving? Where are we going?" "To a place that might be able to protect you from what's coming. It's called Blood Moon Academy, and whether you're ready for it or not, that's where you're going to learn who you really are."

I saw fangs and claws and things that looked like they'd been designed specifically to hurt. "Then we take what we're owed by force." Morrigan's voice was still melodic, still cold. "The academy sits on our land. Built without permission, maintained without tribute, defended by stolen magic. If you refuse the bargain, we reclaim what's ours. Every student, every building, every stone soaked in three centuries of blood." "You'd kill everyone?" Elysia's voice came from my left. She'd appeared with Felix, her younger brother still pale and weak but standing. Her emerald eyes were hard. "Hundreds of people, just to collect a debt?"

He cheered. Brea laughed through her tears as she looked back over at the three women. “It’s a deal but don’t ANYONE bring somethin’ blue, okay?” She gave them all a heavy, beady-eyed-serious type stare. “I mean just DO NOT!” Cole shook his head as he tugged her along the hallway and they went back into their room. “No worries, sweetie. We will all leave that up to you.”

He looked pissed and disgusted that she would even say that. “We are not Mates. I would never be mates with an ugly, worthless excuse for a wolf. I don’t know who would even consider accepting a loser like you. I, Oscar Barlowe, soon to be alpha of the Dark Moon pack, Reject you, Lilith Brookes, as my Luna and my mate.” Everyone around her started laughing as he walked past Lilith and into Brittany's arms. The entire team quickly tried to make his way to his best friend, who looked to be on the verge of tears, but he wasn't fast enough as Lilith promptly made her way out of the school building.

I wished I could take away all her suffering. As our chanting slowed, I looked over at Zayla and Bella. They lay panting, holding each other's hands as their face started forming now and horns towards the back of her head, and then her amazing black wings unfolded from her size as she made it onto all four legs; she stretched out her wings and let out a massive roar that shook the ground falling behind with her sister Bella was just as massive as a dragon should be. Her scales were solid black but glistened with a blue hue in the moonlight, resembling a beautiful jewel. Both she and Zayla had eyes that shone bright blue and purple. My dad cleared his throat, catching my attention.

Cilyna thought before throwing the vampire she had been tussling with into a witch running towards her. "Blue Moon shifters! I've heard of them but I thought they were only myth." Jake, Ciaran's beta, spoke up through the link. "They rank with the hybrid. All eradicated before given the chance for life." Ciaran said. Two howls broke through the air, loud and clear. Somehow Cilyna knew it was her children. With their howls, all the vampires in the area feel to the ground curling in on themselves before turning to ash were the lay. Cilyna could see that Ciaran's huge white wolf was struggling to stay standing, whimpering and pawing at his ears. As the silence enveloped then again, Cilyna looke

His body was glowing with a blue light and, in his hands, was the longest sword Abigail had ever seen. *** The wind sang in his ears as he continued to plummet in the air, towards the direction of the dragon. He could feel the surge and the electrifying sensation that continued to overwhelm him. With one swift motion, he landed on the back of the creature and drove his blazing blue sword into a heavy scale. Some blue flames shot out of his sword, breaking the scale of the dragon and burning the flesh underneath.

when Darby remembered the scene of the morning. He quickly spoke, "I went to my old villa in the morning and..."Katrina interfered him by rolling her eyes as she boringly said, "Forget about the damn villa, Darby.""No, listen to me! It was..." he again was interrupted by her saying, "Yea, we know... Azazel took over it.""No! There's a blue dragon in the garden... It's caged up!"The moment Alexandra and Katrina heard this they were paused, only their eyes blinking."A Dragon?" Alexandra asked and he nodded."With blue strips and it releases frost?" Katrina asked with raised brows."Yes...that's what I been saying the whole time," Darby said."Whose Dragon is it?" Pyke asked in curiosity."Mine!" t

She made the girl fall into nervous silence by saying, “What makes you think you deserve to be informed, when Suu[1] himself doesn't allow my family to reveal this information to anyone else? After all, you could have obtained that information if you used your ears and mouth well enough.” “Quan!” Mr. Kei warned. Quan was silent as she realized her honesty had gone too far. “Put your arguments aside, kids,” Mr. Kei started. “The part that is missing is what causes us to be called Blues, Whites, Silvers and Blacks. Yes, blood is one reason, but there are things that underlie this designation. The first is that our ancestors were indeed shapeshifters, except for the Black Nation.” Mr. Kei pause

Deep blue and the scales looked soft, moving in waves, taking over more and more of his body, which was growing at an incredible speed. Suddenly, all of the man I just saw was gone; all I could see were flashing and moving scales, deep blue with light blue patches dancing over the massive body. I didn’t even notice how I now bent my head so far back before my neck began hurting to see all of him. Somehow, I knew massive canines and claws grew, but I could only focus on that incredible blue color and the wings stretching toward the blue sky. A dragon. A freaking midnight blue dragon! Right in front of me, and the best of it all? The part where I am now sitting on his back, oh, well, more like
