Blue Glow Background Novels & Stories

Thaddeus reached into his coat and pulled out a vial filled with a glowing blue liquid that shimmered like starlight. "Drink up, sunshine. It'll flush out any poison and mend your wounds," he said with a soft grin, offering it to me. My brows pulled together as I stared at the strange liquid. Its color was unlike any antidote I'd ever seen—deep azure, almost radiant. Still, I tilted the vial to my lips and drank. Warmth spread through me instantly. The stabbing ache in my back dissolved, vanishing as if it had never been there. I'd studied antidotes before, knew that blue meant high potency, but this one felt otherworldly. I'd never encountered one that glowed.

She has been awake for an hour, not from anxiety, but from the particular alertness of a person who does not want to sleep through the quality of a morning. She makes coffee from the small machine on the hotel dresser and stands at the window and watches the fog and thinks about nothing specific and everything general, which is the correct state for the morning of the day you have been building toward. By nine, the fog has lifted to the hills, burning off in the way of sea fog that knows it is temporary. By ten, it is gone. The September Begur morning is revealed: stone and sky and the particular blue of the Mediterranean on a day when it has decided to cooperate, the castle ruins above the

Some of the colors shifted and moved away from my stretched hand, while others went still, or continued about their business. There was one color in particular that caught my eye. It was a brilliant sapphire blue, brighter than all of the others. The color was rich and vibrant. I moved towards it, propelled by something other than my own will. Just as my fingers slipped through the light, I was sucked forward. The darkness around me crumbled and shattered, as a new background came to life.

Big mistake. Just like I’d seen with lady Piia and the girl, the two ladies next to Kora glowed a bright green light. And the blond was bright than the other one, almost a neon green. But Kora, oh my lord, Kora’s was a blue so deep, it was nearly black. it was a storm encased in human form, dark, unrestrained and oh so potent. I’ve never wanted anything so badly in my entire life! I stuck my questing fingers in my mouth quickly, biting down hard on them to stifle the urge bearing down on me.

Anita: (chiming in) And Carmen looks stunning in blush tones. Lady Eleanor: (thinking) Blush could be the base color, representing romance. Let's add a touch of gold for sophistication and a hint of sage green for a fresh, natural element. Carmen: (excited) I love that idea! Blush, gold, and sage green. It sounds so elegant. Mrs. Thompson: Those colors will create a beautiful and harmonious atmosphere. Blush will dominate, gold will add a regal touch, and sage green will provide balance.

After putting Xiema to sleep, I quietly step out of her room. As I carefully close the door behind me, I catch the wonderful aroma of morning glory. I glance down in awe at the trail of Heavenly Blue morning glories scattered across the hallway floor. Their azure-blue trumpet-shaped petals are open, showcasing their white and yellow throats as their fragrance perfumes the air and brings a smile to my face.

A surreal glow from below grabbed her attention and upon glancing down, the fascinating scenery put her in awe. Blue veins stretched from her toes and into the floor, branching out into other veins that spread out across the whole floor and walls, going beyond the still curtains. The same situation occurred with Bjorn’s feet and as the snaky blue veins dotted the ceiling like the branches of a tree, the small platform in front of Mel glowed a soft ashen colour, shifting the shimmering blue to a light grey.

I blink it away hard and fast, not wanting to miss a single second of this moment. “What the fuck…” I whisper, swiping at my face. Caelum walks a few paces ahead of me, his silhouette carved in perfect arrogance against the pastel sky. Rose gold, washed peach, misty purples bleed across the horizon, melting at the edges, swirling wet ink on silk. But there’s no sun. I crane my neck, squint against the impossible light. It’s just a glow, soft and sourceless.

It feels so heavy I might die. I don’t know how but my feet brought me our old lawn. It was still the same as it was 8 years ago. I don’t know how is that possible but with the thoughts that’s currently running through my head right now, I do not have space for more. I walked to our backyard. It’s where the beauty is. We filled our backyard with different plants and orchids as my parents really love nature. It’s like a greenhouse only the walls are little trees and the roof is grape vines. We emptied the pool, put grass and yes, surrounded it with plants called iris flowers, yes, just like my name. Iris means rainbow, thus the various colors of irises surrounding us. But since my favorite is

NOW OLIVIA Tracy gazed at a band of white light over which sat a cluster of uncountable stars. As I ran my eyes down from the top, the dark blue tint altered into a dull purple. With descending height the hues kept on changing, from purple to a rose beige to the lightest shade of yellow. All of that sat over a dark tone of the blue-greyish background. The Milkyway band before our eyes walked as slow as a person stuck in quicksand.
