What the hell!” Alex screams. I laugh hysterically. “Do you not want your knife back?” I chuckle.

“You had one job.” The terrified grave robbers screams and the door slams shut and closes while the grave robbers tries to open it to run away, the demon, Abaddon bites one of the robber's lower lips clean off and expose his already torn gums. He bites down on his shoulder blade and his razor-like teeth separates his muscles from bones as his shoulder bled profusely. Abaddon then held both arms and pulls them both in opposite directions of each other and rips it off.

Just the storm outside and the low growl of a blacked-out SUV idling at the emergency entrance. Rain lashed the windows as we climbed the coast road. The university gates appeared through the downpour—wrought iron twisted into roses and bats, glowing faintly crimson against the black cliffs. Beyond them, BludHeaven rose like a cathedral someone had carved out of midnight: spires, arched windows, stone walls that looked old enough to remember when vampires still ruled the night unchallenged.
