My Vampire Professor

My Vampire Professor

I stuck out my bottom lip slightly and gave him my sincerest look. He stared at me for a moment, and I thought for sure he was going to kick me out of the library. I knew he wouldn’t be persuaded by the puppy dog look, but to my surprise, he sighed and turned his laptop to face me. “It’s about the lost city of Endovier,” he explained. “It’s a prequel to my last release. If you’ve read my series, Enchanted Cove, then you’d know what Endovier is—”

The Lycan King and the Feral Twin

The Lycan King and the Feral Twin

I had to investigate obviously. A scroll amongst all the other scrolls on this shelf is drawing my eyes to it uncontrollably. Chapter 16: The Lost Library of Lunar Lore In the heart of the lycan kingdom, nestled amidst a forest of towering ancient trees, there thrived a small and cherished pack known as the Nightshade Keepers. Theirs was a unique responsibility, a sacred duty passed down through generations—to house the world's knowledge in a repository of books, a treasure trove of wisdom and moonlit lore.

The Day She Stopped Waiting

The Day She Stopped Waiting

Then the Keeper appeared beside them. Then: "Before the Crowns." Silence. Then: "Before the Throne." Then: "Before the prison." The city shimmered. Alive. Thriving. Perfect. God. No. Fair. Absolutely not. Reasonable honestly. Then Rowan pointed. Then: "Hold on." Pause. Then: "If this place existed..." Then: "What happened to it?" The Keeper's smile disappeared. Immediately. Then: "The same thing that happens to every civilization." Silence. Then:

10 chapters in and I hope it’s second chance book. I love a good “leaving my shitty husband for a better man” plot but sometimes I love a good “I need to get my wife back” plot as well. Sometimes I want to read about how a relationship was pulled back from the brink and I feel this is goi to be it.

Sins Worth Keeping : Collection of Forbidden Tales

Sins Worth Keeping : Collection of Forbidden Tales

His eyes darkened instantly as they raked over me—taking in the vibrating toy, the cum leaking out around it, the wrecked state of my hole. “Couldn’t even wait till tomorrow, huh?” His voice was low, dangerous, that accent that never fail to turn me on thick with lust. He stepped inside and locked the door properly behind him. “I came back for my wallet I left in the store and the spare key… but looks like I found something better.”

Black Claw: Bound by Fate

Black Claw: Bound by Fate

The mothers gathered in her room, trembling, as Elena read aloud from the first chapter: “There is no such thing as a finished city.” She read to them every night, sometimes only a page, sometimes an entire chapter if the guards were sleeping light. The text was technical, at first—schematics and protocols for self-repairing cities, polities designed to reforest ruins, the old thought experiments of a time before the freeze. But then, buried deep, there were other things: wild, fictional instructions for making your own home from garbage and frost, seeds for growing bread in airless dark, stories of children who outlived not just catastrophe, but the memory of it.

The Lost Pack

The Lost Pack

“But time has a way of reminding people what really matters.” He nods, gathering his things. “Let’s hope so. For now, try not to blow up my lab while I’m gone.” “No promises,” I say dryly, and his laughter follows him out the door. I move to the other desk, where my laptop is already open. A series of digital images fill the screen, scans sent by one of Josh’s archivists from his pack’s private library. The Book of First Light. The oldest surviving text on celestial beings. I can’t believe I’m even considering this as a possibility, but I’m out of ideas at this point.

Loving this book so far! Author, as many have stated in the chapter comments, 291 & 292 are repeat chapters from 283 & 284. Though I do believe they should be at 291/292 (makes more sense) and not 283/284.

The Heir Who Lost Everything

The Heir Who Lost Everything

Finally, they dumped my barely conscious body into the smelly gutter behind the hotel. "Ha, you pathetic loser!" one of them spat. "You think you can fight Mr. Xander for the family inheritance?" The other added, "Yeah, what a joke! You belong in the gutter." The bodyguards cursed as they walked away. Just then, the sky opened up, and a thunderstorm began, as if nature itself wanted to shatter all the fake promises. I lay there, crying in the pouring rain. "Why, God? What did I do wrong for you to do this to me?"

Alpha King's Unfavored Mate

Alpha King's Unfavored Mate

It was like searching for a needle in a haystack, and with every passing minute, the urgency only grew. But then, as I was about to give up for the night, something caught my eye—a small, weathered book tucked away on the bottom shelf. Its cover was faded, the title barely legible, but there was something about it that drew me in. I carefully pulled it from the shelf, the pages brittle and yellowed with age. The title read, *The Lost Chronicles: A History of the Ancient Magics*. My heart raced as I opened the book, scanning the pages for anything that might be relevant. It wasn’t long before I found a section that made my breath catch in my throat.

Coming Out of the Deep

Coming Out of the Deep

There was peace in the deep, and a stillness I hadn’t realized I’d needed. We kept going. Eventually, the seafloor changed. The terrain smoothed into wide-open sand beds, broken occasionally by crumbled stone pillars, scattered statues, and the skeletons of long-forgotten buildings, now worn by time and tide. Vines of coral and sea moss wrapped around the broken walls like gentle hands, reclaiming what once was. I slowed, pulling gently on Kairos’s hand. “What is this place?” Kairos looked at the ruins with a softness in his eyes. “This is the Lost City,” he said. “It was once the heart of our people. My great-grandfather lived here, long before the migration.”
