Sáta asked, looking at me, “what was that?”
“The vampire bit me and now everything they do to him happens to me.” I shrugged, as another wound appeared, I bit back a yell, almost choking on my mead.
“Tell them to stop.”
“No, we need answers, and it was my fault for getting bitten. I should have known better.”
“You are an idiot.” Thana spat, grabbing some herbs from her pocket, “Here, take this. At least you will sleep through most of it.”
“Thanks.” I took the herbs from her and got up, heading to my tent. “Hey, Sáta, can you go to the village and get the herbs for breaking this link?”
