The waiting period is eating at her anxiously. Caleb stands, stretching his body, hands high above his head. "Well, I gotta piss! So while we wait, I'll be behind those bushes for a few minutes. I'll be back." He makes his way behind the bush, disappearing before their eyes. James and Selene exchange a glance as they both turn back to view behind their scopes. A few too long minutes pass before James and Selene become worried. "Hey Caleb! Everything alright bud?" James stands and makes his way towards the direction Caleb had walked. A moment passes before Selene realizes something is not right.

I couldn't help but be taken aback. "Oh I didn't mean for it to come out this way but seeing you...throw up I couldn't help but wonder. You know these Baread men are so agile....I got pregnant with Callan just two days after I found Kendrick" Luna Christy said making me shift uncomfortably from one leg to another but also wonder... Why is she here?” “Dunno,” Keane said finally. “Since that last nurse bitch Malorie got fired, I haven’t been able to get into student files.”

The guy hum thoughtfully, "Do you want to go somewhere else?" She tilted her head, "Where?" They end up in a nearby convenience store, sitting at the sparse metal chair, nursing the cheap can coffee they just bought. It should be weird, being with this guy that she just met, but it's not-seminyak street that seem to bustling with life is now quiet, apart from some nearby club that still open. "How long have you've been here?" The guy ask, curious. His fingers tapping lightly on the table top, seeming to follow a tune that he can only understand. It's endearing, actually.

Nivea's POV: Me and Keenan were dancing, enjoying the sparks that stayed on our arms when Abigail walked up and stoped us. "Hey Ni! I've been looking for you everywhere. where have you been? who's your new friend?" she asked the questions quick like she might die if she didn't. "Well I've been outside where I ran into.... " I started to say but was cut off by Keenan. "My name is Keenan and we found out that we are mates. That is, if you'll have me?" He asked and looked at me with those dazzling eyes. I was so shocked by his sudden question that I was lost for words for a second.

"Sorry about Dad. I'm sure you weren't expecting to babysit a drunken man when you signed up for the job." "It's okay. He's just going through something I guess." Caleb scoffed, "He's always going through something." I kept my mouth shut, although I wanted to defend Wyatt, I knew it would come across strange. "Thanks for the lift." I said when we pulled to a stop in front of my building. "Wait," Caleb put his hand on my knee, "Kenzie, I need to talk to you. Seeing you again has brought up a whole lot of feelings. Feelings I thought were dead and buried."

Leo remarked snidely, feeling perplexed by the situation. Just then, Heather pointed to a string of words on the computer screen. “Look—Caleb’s of Asian descent and the Moriartys actually originated from Bradfort City, not Leisfeld.” She shot him an annoyed look. He seems to be enjoying himself making snide remarks about the situation.

“And I would like to compliment you on properly using ‘whom’. Most people don’t do that. Of course, I don’t usually correct them, because that would be rude.” Emma smiled. “Thank you. Is there anything else you can tell us?” “No, but I will let you know when there is.” He nodded to them both and took off down the steps to the morgue. The detectives watched him go. Once he was out of earshot, Caleb said, “He’s…interesting, isn’t he?” Emma smiled. “I like him.” She walked back to her desk. Caleb followed. “Do I hear wedding bells in your future?”

Mom asked. "What should I eat for breakfast?" Dad asked. "Dad, focus." I sighed. I turned to Caleb. "Brayden is a guy from my school. He's a really nice person—" Caleb coughed. "— and there was this case about him. They suspect him for murdering Kaylee." Mom's eyes lit up. "Oh! That case! Brayden Nicholas, right? If I'm not wrong?" Dad frowned. "Kaylee? Where have I... oh, Kaylee! She's the girl Caleb was so crazy about!"
