My Childhood Friend Sent Me To An Underground Casino

My Childhood Friend Sent Me To An Underground Casino

As I looked at the glistening tears beneath her eyes, my lips curled into a sneer. She finally realized she had been wrong. Where had that guilt been when it actually mattered? “Where’s Cameron? Is he still refusing to show himself? Find him!” Even at that point, Renee stubbornly believed that I was not dead. However, every sign already showed that I no longer existed in this world. One of Renee’s men could not help saying, “Miss Renee, the men from the underground casino said the person who was killed that night was most likely Cameron. His ashes are still sitting at home.”

THE REJECTED OMEGA IS THE LYCAN KING’S MATE

THE REJECTED OMEGA IS THE LYCAN KING’S MATE

The scene was so sad; it broke his heart. King Kanyon placed the child on his mother's chest. "Here's your brave mother, little one. I wish she could open her eyes and see you." Once Cameron believed he had captured enough footage, he switched off the camera. "I'm going to go for a run," he told the king. “Before you head out, inform the pack about the funeral scheduled for later today.” "Yes Kanyon," Cameron said. “Where will you lay him to rest and what name do you want on his gravestone?”

Dragon Tales
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. You're such a great story teller. I'm looking forward for the merge. I want to know more about Alpha Nolan and Luna Peaches and also the journey to recover Aiden. Thank you.

Great book but the updates being so far apart makes it difficult to stay with it. It has currently been 7 weeks since the last update. The books on GN are not cheap so it does get frustrating, I understand these writers have other lives and things happen.

The Arrangement

The Arrangement

Not that Amberleigh had much room to talk where the matter of fornication was concerned though. But it wasn’t the church or a pretty parishioner the billionaire entered, but rather the graveyard behind the looming structure. By the time she made it inside the churchyard and took cover behind a small mausoleum, he’d already reached his destination. She watched Grayson down on his knees, not giving a fuck about his expensive suit, wiping off the black, marble headstone before him with a silk handkerchief. He took great care cleaning off the stone, before he removed some dead flowers from silver holder near the headstone. He replaced the wilted stems with the fresh bouquet. Amberleigh bit the i

The Alpha of Wolf Creek

The Alpha of Wolf Creek

Surrounded by the babbling water, the scent of the sycamores and the sounds of nature, it was the perfect resting place. Amelia was with Connor, and some pack members joined, watching their Alpha pay his last respects. Large blue-gray stones gathered from the creek, stacked on top of each other, served as a headstone for his grave. Amelia looked smaller and frailer than I remembered. Connor held her, supporting her as she laid flowers on the grave. Connor stared at the grave, as silent as the gray stone. I hesitated to go to him, not knowing whether he wanted me there. But then he spoke.

Mates: Regrets and Redemption

Mates: Regrets and Redemption

The orphanage provided us with four children as flower bearers. I ordered the casket to be kept closed, no one was allowed to look into it. Vance gave no objects as he was trying to make things right with me. My mood was gloomy, but I was glad that everyone was so supportive. Vance stood opposite me at the graveside. His eyes never left me. I ignored his presence, though his gaze pierced into me. The cemetery could not hold the entire pack and so Dad hired a cameraman to do a live feed on the pack’s social media.

Graveyard Watchman

Graveyard Watchman

I'm not sure how long ago it was when I first saw him, staring down at the oldest, crumbling gravestone in his black hooded cloak. He has completely captured my attention; I want to know more about the mysterious man behind all that darkness. Is he grieving like me? Maybe. It's the reason I've been coming to this God-forsaken cemetery over the last five months since Zack died. He was my best friend and he died saving someone else's life. A firefighter's duty, I'm supposed to believe. Everyone still tries to comfort me by saying he died doing what he loved but they don't understand. I no longer have my big brother to protect me, especially from myself.

The Luna Queen's Blood Oath

The Luna Queen's Blood Oath

Alpha Aris murmured something I couldn’t catch and Alpha Vance bowed low with his fist to his chest before letting his soil fall. When my turn came, I crouched and gathered a palmful of cold earth. I stared at the coffin below with my fingers curling against the dirt as if I could keep this moment from passing. I spoke, but in a small, low voice meant only for him. “I’ll make you proud.” The soil slipped from my hand, scattering across the lid. It didn’t take long for the grave to be filled, the damp soil mounded high before the carved stone marker was placed at its head. The Bloodwood crest was cut deep into the granite with its silver paint catching what little light filtered through the c

Kindly Sign the Divorce Papers, Curt

Kindly Sign the Divorce Papers, Curt

Margot took the flowers and followed Curtis to walk toward Gabriel. Camilla's grave was right beside Gabriel. There was a photo of Camilla on the gravestone. She was smiling beautifully in the photo. It was childish yet heartwarming. Underneath the photo was a sentence engraved, "In Loving Memory of Cherished Daughter, Camilla Sawyer". Curtis went over and offered the bouquet of chrysanthemums to the grave before reaching over to touch the gravestone. A young child like her would no longer be tormented by diseases once she passed.

Zylphia Rentz
This is a good novel but I wish she could be happy. How can he expect her to live with him after he divorces her and marries someone else? He is crazy. How would he feel if the situation was reversed?
Nope
Won’t read the fact that it’s over 300 chapters and still going is insane. Sites like these should have a limit. Mind you someone posted a few weeks ago to clear up misunderstandings so the main couple still isn’t together? Nope

Digging My Grave

Digging My Grave

Instead, I drifted away, gazing into the distance. I liked the cemetery's location. It overlooked a glittering lake—the same one where I used to stare at my reflection as a pup. Only Leo would think to bury me somewhere I would have loved. By the time they were too exhausted to continue fighting, they both lay on the ground, wounded, staring up at the moon. Leo bared his teeth at Ryan, panting heavily as if he wanted nothing more than to tear out his throat. "How dare you come to Tiana's grave?" he growled. "She just wanted to rest in peace, not be your possession even in death!"

Renegade Wolves

Renegade Wolves

Laying down I place my snout on my paws and patiently wait for everyone else to show up. It’s only a few minutes before My father, Beta Branston, and Gamma Elijah show up with Joshua. Josh throws me a long shirt which I take behind a tree and shift, slipping the shirt on then emerging just as they are uncovering the body. There's a feeling of melancholy in the air as the four males stare down at the unearthed body. “That’s Cameron!” I exclaim recognizing the body. A sickening feeling gurgles in my stomach as I look him over. Deep claw marks mar his body, half of his face unrecognizable.
