Candace Camp Books Novels & Stories

The day before the college entrance exam, the class belle everyone adored stepped onto the podium. "I wasn't going to tell anyone, but I couldn't bear to let you all miss this opportunity. There's a hidden rule in this year's college entrance exam system. If you soak your answer sheet, it'll be transferred for a special manual review by top universities." I froze, staring at her for a long while before finally blinking dumbly. In my previous life, those exact words had been enough to make someone as dull as me lose my composure for the first time in my life. I ran to get the teacher and stopped the entire class from soaking their answer sheets. In the end, the class belle failed the exam

I jump out of bed at the mention of Lauralie cooking. "No! It's fine! I can make my own breakfast, thanks." I say hasitily digging through my dressers. One thing I learned by being here these last couple days is that Declan was right about no one else being able to cook. "Wait... Vampires are real too?" "Yes, just like witches and Fairies. Maybe we can get Dec to cook something for you." She winks.

I clicked on play as I put in the second ear of my ear piece back into my ear. I put on my data as I scrolled through my apps, I clicked on the wattpad app as glanced through my huge library. I needed new books to replace the old ones. I started archiving the books in my library as I searched for new ones. It was funny how, after being on wattpad for so many years, I never saw a Nigerian book before. I added few new books to my library as I closed the app before clicking on my Instagram app. I went to my elder sister's previous post as I held my head. She was really a social media freak.

After staring at myself for the appropriate amount of time as to not appear like a crazed self-obsessed person, I grabbed my keys to the old Cadillac parked in the garage and rushed out of the house. Classes started at half eight and it was nearly eight already. Shoving the keys into the ignition, I backed the car out of the driveway and started the short drive to school. * * * "So, ready for Lit?" Alley, my long-time best friend asked ten minutes later. Alley fixel was your very own stereotypical cheerleader except she had raven black hair cut short and was undeniably the kindest girl on the squad. She also happened to be the head cheerleader. Okay, okay, she was not the stereotyped bitchy

You'll be able to find me on various SM pl@forms so make sure you come check in on the latest :) I am currently working on more Mafia romances, a new series called The Notorious Five. If you haven't read this, you will want to as it is so much better than Cruz, darker and grittier. This is the series that has taken up most of my time and if you read the books, you will see why. They are constantly updated and the series is almost finished. If you find me on SM, you'll be able to find out where the works are :)

"Please, I want the book. One day I will understand." Brandt smiled and replied with humor, "If you ever make sense of it, let me know. You can then argue with my father on the merits of Christianity. He believes in the Goddess and loves nothing better than a good philosophical debate." He turned and picked up another book. It had a picture of a wolf with a snowy mountain background. "This is Jack London's Call of the Wild and it's the one we'll read first. Let's finish the cake and then get ready for our evening company."

Candice was showering in the stall. Charlie stood outside, reading a book, fully absorbed in it. His slender fingers elegantly turned the pages, occasionally pausing in thought, as if the book was very profound. Candice couldn’t help but sneak a glance at his hand. Through the misty glass, she saw the blue cover of the book with five big characters... “Accompanying My Pregnant Wife??” Her eyes widened. When did he buy this book? Her heart skipped a beat, racing a little faster, panic setting in. It was like being pulled into a kaleidoscope of dazzling colors again, her mind spinning.

Speaking of the book. She looks at the clock in the bathroom. It’s still early, and being a Saturday, no one is up yet. But feeling wide awake now, Candace decides on a bath. Pulling off her boy shorts and chemise, she grabs the bottle of Entice. It’s strange, but while ready the book the girl became so entranced by it that when she finally came out of her stupor she found that she held the same bottle that was in every single one of the stories.

Now, she finally had time to read The Girl on the Train, and she was just getting to one of the good parts when her sister requested a convo. Annoyed but still happy to see what Cassidy had to say, Cadence set the book aside so she could find out what Cass had discovered about the crazy Vampire activity, if anything. “What’s up, Sis?” “Hey, are you still out doing whatever you were doing?” Cassidy asked, her voice sounding oddly chipper. “I am. What are you up to?” “I just got out of school. I wanted to talk to you last night, but I got busy… studying.”

I push softly on the door and it slowly swings open; I step inside to find Candace laying on the floor in the shower. There is blood everywhere, over the floor and on Candace’s clothes. I pick her up quickly and then race out of the room. I head over to the hospital; I go to link with Doc Amity and don’t find her link. I growl as I remember that she has deserted us, so I go to the next doctor I have in the pack. “Doc Randy… Candace is bleeding. I think she is losing her pup.” “Meet you at the hospital doors, Alpha.”
