Aria’s POV A familiar figure stood between me and the beast. She had dark black hair, sharp red eyes, and an expression that looked very annoyed. Raven. She stood protectively in front of me, her fangs bared as she glared at the snarling beast. Blood dripped from a fresh scratch on her arm, but she didn’t even flinch. “This is the hundredth time I’ve saved your ass,” Raven snapped without looking back at me. “You need to stop making a habit out of being saved by me. It’s getting old.”

I asked. Frank stopped cutting into his piece of chicken and looked up at me. "Raven is a child born in the shadows. To date, we have no idea what he is. All I know is that the Russians did a lot of experiments on the boy when he was born. He looks like death. He's pale, lean, and tall with these long fingers. He looks a lot like a Reaper.

I placed the carton of food in the sitting room and rushed back to my room, not forgetting Raven. "Raven?" I called out. I checked in the bathroom and closet, he wasn't anywhere. "Oh my Gosh!" Raven isn't human! What the fuck just happened? I took a moment to calm down. What is he? Some sir of Grim Reaper or Goblin who flies and disappears?? I scoffed. I carried my laptop to the sitting room and switched it on. I went straight to the net and searched for cute guys with weird powers. The net knows everything right?

"He doesn't usually have friends at parties. He says most people at parties are boring." "That's not quite what I said," Rhys interjected, though his lips twitched with amusement. Her hair was shiny and fell in perfect waves to her shoulders, while her tall, elegant frame was highlighted by a tight, burgundy silk dress. It was low cut, but her chest was modest enough not to show too much. Her full lips had been painted dark red, and at once, I thought of Adalyn, though Raven somehow looked much more lovely. “Hi Cassandra,” Raven gushed as she reached me, and she gave me a big hug. “I knew he would bring you here.”

Raven came early for work because during her off she never once talked to Wilma and focused on making her wound making it heals faster, but until now it was still deep, she tried to hide it by applying a bandaid. Raven entered the locker room and saw that Chin was there. Raven was startled to see that Chin was just getting dressed right in front of her locker. Chin saw Raven's expression and said, "Don't you have boobs?" Raven gulped big and said, stammering, "I-I d-do have." Raven got dressed quickly in front of her locker, and while doing that Chin asked, "Did you create an account? Did you talk to someone? What is he like?"
