The Cure (Book 2 Tugurlan Chronicles)

The Cure (Book 2 Tugurlan Chronicles)

What was her niece thinking? Elsa’s worried frown shifted to a look of hope and she quickly scurried back into the house. Her mother had presented an ancient book of sacred spells and incantations to her just before her passing. She was certain the solution would be within the pages of that book. She’d never really taken the time to look through the book in its entirety. She had enough resources for the work that she was called upon to do, so she didn’t need the book for that. Since time was a precious commodity and something that she’d prefer to spend away from the world of the occult, she’d tucked the book away for safe keeping. She did, however, recall glancing at a section about vampi

The Moon's Descendant

The Moon's Descendant

Zelena. I opened my eyes slowly. The sun was already shining brightly through the window. I reached my arm behind me and felt around the bed. I sat up quickly and looked around the room. Gunner wasn’t there. I took a deep breath and yawned stretching my arms out. Wait, my chest didn’t hurt. I twisted my back from side to side waving my arms in the air, my ribs didn’t hurt at all. I got up from the bed and walked around the room, still no pain. I noticed the bookshelf and decided to take a look. There were so many books, some with older worn covers and others newer looking. I picked up a small red book and read the cover ‘A Lycanthropy Reader; WEREWOLVES IN WESTERN CULTURE’. I flicked through

The story is really good! The writer seemed to be learning how to tell the story from two perspectives. At first the author rewrote whole scenes but listened to readers and adapted it a little better. Still some time jump with perspective changes. Zelena has so many powers it seems a lil contrived.

This book was so well written! it caught my attention from the start and kept me hooked continuously! Some parts got confusing during the 2 POVs when something happened in 1 but not the other. If this was published on paper I'd buy it. What a fantastic read ! well done ! Im off to read part 2 ☺️

HIS DARKEST SHADE (BOOK-THREE)

HIS DARKEST SHADE (BOOK-THREE)

HIS DARKEST SHADE BOOK-THREE ~Prologue~ “Even if you end up hating me for it.” His tone was vicious. “I might scare you,” he continued, his gaze roaming over her trembling form, “but they are far worse—formidable, vicious… and willing to do whatever it takes to get what they want.” He gestured toward her. “Including you.” “Never.” She shook her head, her voice trembling but firm. “I’m not scared of your words. You’re just trying to scare me so I’ll listen to you!”

she said as she quickly went to the table, holding the pin with a drop of my blood over a small hole on the front of the book. “That wasn't a warning!” I said, a little mad but the pain was already fading. “It's probably already healed” she said but before I could say something, a much smaller click was heard and the golden spine fell off. “Wow” Pearl whispered, reminding me of her presence. “Here lies the history of both this Kingdom and the Kingdom of the dark elves” mom said, smiling as she opened the book. “Wait, I thought you were going to tell us about Alari” Pearl said, sounding as confused as I felt.

The Alpha King's Forbidden Mate

The Alpha King's Forbidden Mate

“Stronger than anywhere I’ve felt since the Trials.” Theron stood behind her, watching the moonlight pour down like silver rain. “Do you want to stay here tonight?” She nodded. “Yes. I think… I think the book wants me to.” After making a small fire, Theron laid out a blanket for her to sit. Serena opened the book once more. This time, the pages turned themselves, flipping to an inscription she hadn’t seen before. The ink pulsed like veins of molten gold. The one who holds the blood of three, Shall choose the heart of fire or sea. If fire wins, a kingdom burns. If sea prevails, the world returns.

The Vampire Queen & The Alpha Book 3 *COMEPLETED*

Lucinda asked looking at us. I nodded my head, "I believe so, time will tell though." I replied. Athea walked up to her and grabbed her hands, when she started to glow I covered my eyes and turned my head, I knew what she was doing and I was glad she was helping her. When she was done I looked back over to see Celeste standing there with white hair and blue eyes. Her looks had completely changed. "You look beautiful." Malachi whispered kissing her cheek. "How about we get you two inside the house and cleaned up?" I asked smiling at them. "I would really appreciate that. It was very nice meeting you two." Celeste said looking between Athea and Lucinda. "The pleasure is ours, you will see Luci

Alpha King's Luna: The Chosen Mate vs The Contenders

The beginning of a fear that would only grow. Darius shifted closer. His hand came up to her neck, his thumb tracing the spot just below her ear. The spot where a claiming bite would go. His touch was feather-light. Barely there. But it burned all the same. "I would burn this kingdom to the ground," he whispered, "if it meant I could make you mine." Aria's breath caught. And somewhere deep in the castle, in a room full of ancient books and older secrets, Seraphina Ravencrest lit a candle and opened a journal that hadn't been touched in three hundred years. Because the girl was stronger than expected. And the curse was running out of time.

REBORN UNDER INK AND MOONLIGHT

REBORN UNDER INK AND MOONLIGHT

“The truth. The Third Seal isn’t about power… it’s about love. If we fail, the moons don’t just fall — they consume everything tied to them.” Kian’s grip tightened. “Then we won’t fail.” The dragon lowered its head, its voice now a whisper. “The ink remembers all things. But even memory cannot survive what comes.” Before Ayla could respond, a new light erupted from the cracked ceiling — not moonlight this time, but crimson. The third moon had begun to bleed. Ayla’s voice trembled. “It’s starting…” Kian turned toward the rising glow. “Then the final seal is breaking.”

Lost to Earth: Book Three

Lost to Earth: Book Three

Too happy to oblige, and I swiftly return to the Duke's office, standing in front of the bookshelf, trying to decide what book would show-off my 21st Century education. 18 My eyes fall on Homer's "The Odyssey." Perfect! I snatch the leather-bound book and return to the bedroom. Once inside, Bryce is sitting on a wooden seat with an empty stool beside him. He is sitting close to one of the burning candles on a floor stand. "What book had you chosen?" "'The Odyssey,' my lord," I tell him, trying to keep my voice neutral and bored. I do not want to give away my eagerness to prove my higher education. "Very well. Sit, and you may begin," Bryce states while studying me curiously. I can
