I went up to him and kissed his cheek as a thank you. This man has managed to make me fall in love with him every second that I'm with him and I wouldn't have it any other way. Alex kissed me back before returning his attention to what he was cooking. I sat on a bar stool as I wait for him to finish cooking. Alex then placed a plate of mac and cheese in front of me before serving one for himself as well. Alex sat beside me and we ate in comfortable silence. "I want to move to the countryside," I said.
