It smelled like incense, the aroma rich and complex, with notes of sandalwood and myrrh. My eyes slowly fell on her tattooed arms, my curiosity piqued. I found myself drawn to the tattoos, wondering what story they told and what secrets they held. My question was, why so many? Almost seventy percent of her upper body was covered in it.
