That's what you think of me, don't you?” He eyed me, and I couldn't match that intense gaze and dropped my gaze to my lap. How the fuck could he know everything that goes in my mind? A human, no matter how smart is, can't know the exact words playing in another’s mind. “I am the devil, Zara, a devil who can read his wife's mind.” He smirked, breaking me out of the cold sweat.

Elijah strode past Damian, his wolf form towering like a car, his soft brown fur gleaming under the light with eyes of golden fire. 'Why don't you let Xavier out?
