Zoey's POV Daria's shrill and high-pitched voice instantly drew everyone's attention, with gazes focusing on me like spotlights. I looked at Madam Madox, my expression earnest as I said, "I did not plagiarize. This is my design." Daria let out a sneer, her tone filled with disdain and contempt, saying, "The design is exactly the same. Who would believe you didn't plagiarize? Ariana is a senior designer at Born Beauty! You've only been at Born Beauty for a month. What kind of decent work could you have designed? Zoey, apologize to Madam Madox right away. Madam Madox is always magnanimous and will surely forgive you."

Danika Williams I called Elizabeth as I started getting ready but I was a mess. I didn’t understand what was appropriate to wear, how much makeup was appropriate to apply or how high my shoes can be. Elizabeth is great with such things. Parents love her, she is very respectful and sweet. “Oh thank god Elizabeth.” I breathe out as the call connects on the last ring. “Yello! Who this?” I hear a childish voice but it was a woman I could tell. “Danika here. I need to talk to Elizabeth.” I say as I go through the clothes in my walk in closet.

Daria lifted her face from Alpha Ryan’s chest, her eyes red and swollen from crying. She looked at her daughter standing nervously in the doorway and glared at her.“What do you want, Lyka?” Daria asked sharply. “Just say it here. I am your mother. I think it’s more appropriate for me to hear whatever you have to say.” Lyka shifted uncomfortably on her feet. She glanced at her father, then back at her mother. Her hands were trembling slightly as she clutched her phone.

The woman snapped and I raised an eyebrow, startled. She did not just raise her voice at me? She didn’t, right? “You are a few seconds from losing your job, you’d better act like it!” “Excuse me?” I met her gaze. “What do you think of yourself? You called me to schedule a batch of designs and when I finally arrived—” They burst into laughter and my forehead creased, What was funny? “How long did it take you to practice those lies, tell me?” “Definitely longer than it took for her to get dressed,” Daria said, crossing her arms.

Because of his bond with Ariana, Daria didn’t keep any of her biggest fears a secret. Despite what happened with Marcus, Ariana kept some of her naivety. Although she wanted her parents to accept her as an adult, she didn’t fully realize the impact of the situation they found themselves in. Her childishness did not completely dissipate, either. This was one of the main reasons why Daria herself asked Daniel for help in finding their new home. Ariana needed to completely break away from her parents and be relatively alone. With Daniel by her side, Daria didn’t have to worry about her safety, allowing her the time she needed to finally fully mature and take responsibility for her actions.

“Babe!” My feet grow heavier as I stand still rooting to the ground when I hear the masculine voice that I missed for a week. There is a hint of surprise in his tone. Is that Daria?” “Yesss!” Daria answered proudly. “Yulia talks a lot about you over here.” I slowly turned toward her. “No, I don't.” “You do!” I tilted my brow in suspense. “When?”

Firdaus asked as she smiled at them. " She was trying to use an accent she doesn't have" Raihanna answered. " She has a tiny hint of American accent actually" I said as I backed up Nauwarah. " Yeah she does, don't tease her, she's better than some people" Miriam added. " you're ganging up against me" " we're not, we're just stating the obvious" I answered. " Thank you for that Faryah" Nauwarah answered as she smiled at us and left the room.

The voices of several women talking came from the living room. “This voice?” I paused for a moment, the voice familiar. “Are there guests?” I wondered. I had wanted to call out to Ella, but it seemed like her voice was also coming from the living room. I approached, only intending to peek at who it was. My intention changed as two women sat elegantly on the sofa. Tanya and Daria had arrived. Tea and cookies were set before them. Ella stood beside the sofa, talking. “Wow, look who’s here. The princess is awake,” Daria said in her characteristic sarcastic tone.

Her finger embodied a gesture on the remote control and Aria said a word. “Hello,” it greeted. “I am Aria, and my developer is Emily. What can I do for you?” “How many voices have you got, Aria?” Emily dropped the remote control and asked. “Would you like to tell us?” “Oh, yeah,” she chuckled robotically. “I have three voices.” “What and what are they used for?”
