Finally, after what felt like an eternity, He let out a sigh of relief, looking at his haul with satisfaction. He felt he did his best since he could see his score had improved. However, his satisfaction was short-lived as he noticed that the left over orbs had started to glow even brighter. Kendrick had caught most of the orbs on the grid… except for the ones that had turned either yellow, orange or red. These orbs were the most agitated ones and were bouncing all over the grid with a velocity that wasn't even funny. These orbs were so fast that his poor brain couldn't even process.

A variety of a dozen or so tents litter the small clearing. A small group is gathered around a fire, far off to our right, on the edge of the clearing, consisting of three Omegas Cody, David and Tony, and an Elder, Alazaer. The Omegas are each holding a glass beer bottle and seem to be taking turns trying to get Alazaer to laugh. However, each time, he just raises a thick gray eyebrow at them with a blank and unamused expression on his tan wrinkled face.

"Did something happen between you two?" Marona felt the darkness blinking in front of her eyes out of nowhere but she ignored it. "No! Nothing happened." Lovina nodded in acknowledgement. "Then how's it going?" "Better than before!" Marona mumbled and again felt the dark dots. "I need to attend this call, I'll be back." Lovina excused herself when her phone rang. Marona shook her head but the darkness started getting stronger, she decided to sit on the chair which was kept at the edge of the lawn.

GINEVRA My orbs glistened with a deep, dark shadow where demons resided, two hands, fingers dark, pressing firm against my throat. On one hand, was disbelief, and on the other, hatred. I couldn’t come off it. I was completely engulfed. I couldn’t breathe. I wanted—needed this to be a dream, and even so, it wasn’t going to be a sweet dream. I was in a black hole, surrounded by nothing but darkness.

The darkness loomed around them like a cloak. Sekhmet carried an old-fashioned torch he pulled from a hole in the wall to light the way. It was a bit theatric and unnecessary, considering vampires and werewolves alike could see in the dark. But it set the mood for torture nicely; causing shadows to dance across the walls. A bleeding.

I can't believe myself I ignored that statement. I felt everyone's gaze as I walked closer to the crystal(orb) . I put my hands on the crystal, closed my eyes and brought myself closer. Suddenly I heard the crowd gasping. I looked at the orb and saw seven colors. Black ,blue, red, violet ,white, yellow and the most obvious color of them all that catches my eye, Dark Green. Everyone seems surprised. This is getting more cliche than I thought it would. Someone please explain to me what is going on. This feels awkward in many ways.

Blake's sobs soon followed at the sight of nothingness, darkness and that one hole on the ceiling. "L-luca, p-please. Get me o-out of here, p-please." Sobbed Blake in despair, his lips quivering in fear. The shivers didn't stop to crawl on his skin, as the thought of not getting out there forever started to eat his soul. He crawled backwards until a cold wall hit his back, as the sound of chains echoed around the dark room.

The woman slowly walked to the glass wall behind the orb and pressed some buttons on the machinery placed behind the glass wall. The orb gave out a light greenish glow, and it turned completely black. 'Boy, place your hand on the orb', said one man. Ben slowly moved near the orb and placed his hand on the orb. Everyone was waiting expectantly for what the result would be. The color of the orb changed from black to green then to sky blue, then to red and then brown, then it gave out a golden color… slowly the color changed, and the orb completely became black. Everyone was closely looking at the orb and when it turned black, this is the 132nd time this had happened at the academy testing

"If you have my soul, you'll not have the others." A low mist rose through the boards, as if being saturated in from outside, and the room grew darker. Nathaniel could barely see his own hands, even though the candle glowed brightly, the blackness eating its light. The sound of burning, and distant echo of agony tore at his eardrums, creating a throb in his skull worse than a blow from an iron bar. 'Hear them and fear them.' A dark shape materialised in the corner, rising taller than a normal man, its limbs elongated and torse contorted and deformed. It was devoid of features but Nathaniel could feel it staring. Could hear its voice clawing in his mind.

Lucas tried to stop me, but I shrugged my arm out of his grip. I walked further into the cave with him right beside me and as soon as we turned around a bend, I stopped in my tracks to see a group of vampires there. Lucas growled and they hissed back. But I didn’t move. I stood there staring at them. “Stop.” I demanded. And Lucas looked at me weird. I grabbed his phone off of him and I shone the light on the vampires. Who all had muddy brown eyes, not the typical crimson red eyes that all the other vampires have had.
