Kiss Me While The Pack Burns

Kiss Me While The Pack Burns

The way the First Dream had felt. The traveler whispered: "It has been sleeping." A pause. "For longer than existence." Another pause. "For longer than memory." The darkness beyond the Graveyard suddenly split open. A crack. Tiny. Yet catastrophic. Golden light erupted through the opening. Not warm light. Not comforting light. Hungry light. The sight made Nova's entire body go cold. Because the light wasn't illuminating the darkness. The darkness was retreating from it. As though afraid. The traveler stared at the crack.

THE REJECTED LUNA

THE REJECTED LUNA

“Close your eyes. Go inside.” I closed my eyes. Frost crunched under my bare feet. “What do you see?” “Dark,” I said. “Go past it. Past the rejection. Past your mother’s scar. What’s underneath all of that?” I breathed and pushed past the humiliation of the barn, past Kaden’s face, past Harlan saying the word sell like I was livestock. At the very bottom there was snow. Not cold. Warm. Glowing faintly. “Light,” I whispered. “White light.”

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

“This time, I just need to get what I need. “As for who this person was, let him pray for himself.” After thinking for a while, Star Nelson turned around and took a step toward the darkness in front of her. At this time, perhaps no one else knew that there was a deep and dark passage below Immortal Ascension Stair except for a large number of zombies. People couldn't see the end of the passage. Star Nelson felt as if she had been pushed directly into the middle of the passage. However, she didn't seem to care about it at all. With no extra expression on her face, she walked forward step by step according to the road that others had paved for her in advance.

What happened to the original writer of this book? The new writer is a far cry from the first one in terms of style, creativity, dialogue and story telling. He has turned a once very arresting story into a very boring one. It is sad.

Rejected by the Alpha, Claimed by the Beast

Rejected by the Alpha, Claimed by the Beast

“We’ll be the only ones who remember the old one. We’ll be 'Errors' in their new show.” “Then we’ll be the best errors they’ve ever seen,” I said. I took Rowan’s hand. I took the blue spark that was Caspian’s soul. And then, I stabbed the pencil into the grey floor. The Deep Archive shattered. We fell. We didn't fall into ice and snow. We fell into a world of red sand and black iron. I landed on my feet. The air was hot—unnaturally hot. The sky was a swirling vortex of crimson clouds. In the distance, I could see massive towers of black metal rising from the desert, pulsing with violet light.

Aetherion Academia #1: Shadows of Rebirth

Aetherion Academia #1: Shadows of Rebirth

We were wounded and hunted and betrayed by the very institution that had promised to educate us. But the catacombs stretched onward into darkness that my violet flame could not penetrate, and somewhere in that darkness, the bells were still ringing. I took the first step forward, and the stone beneath my boot gave way with a hollow crunch. The floor opened like a mouth that had been waiting centuries to swallow something with Duskbane blood, and the last thing I saw before the fall was Seraphina's hand reaching for mine through air that had suddenly become too thin to hold.

Into the darkness

Into the darkness

I was indebted to him, he had set me free and was fighting the dragon so I could stay here in my blissful ignorance. The news stories just kept coming though and I couldn’t seem to avoid them, bodies washed up on the river, businesses robbed, cars crashing on the highway. The small port city was now a warzone in my wake. To make matters worse I had begun looking over my shoulder as if I expected to find someone there, all the horrible things around me I felt like the time in my world was slowly dwindling away. I felt like I was holding on tightly to a sinking ship, ready to drown with it.

The Darkness Within

The Darkness Within

I said softly as Shade came forward, and we slowly slipped into the shadows. When we reappeared, we were in my room. It was dark. I sat on my bed with her wrapped tightly in my arms. She gripped my shoulders, her fingernails digging in as she searched for solid ground and found it with me. “I'm so sorry! I don't want to hurt you. This isn't easy for me. I want you but I can't be with you. I'm no good for you. There's too much darkness in me, and my past is so dark that if it wasn't for the darkness inside me, my dark past is too bad; you deserve better. Everything about me is wrong. Everything about me is bad, and everything about you is good. You deserve better than me,” I said, and I hated

This book is another one of the author's that can't be put down. Each chapter draws you in and each character evokes emotion from the reader. I can't recommend it enough. If you love supernatural fantasy with love, passion, romance, mystery, suspense and adventure then you will love it as I do.

Hi another great book thank you. I know you have taken a long time to write this book and that’s okay. It’s just that with Ivy and Vivian you never answered the question of whether they were fated mates or not. I know they chose each other, but I’d really love to know if they are fated mates thanks.

His Poisoned Rose

His Poisoned Rose

Her Pov: I’m so tired… utterly drained. I don’t even know how long I’ve been trapped in this endless void of darkness. Is this what the afterlife feels like? A suffocating abyss where time has no meaning, and hope is but a distant memory? I’ve been wandering through these shadowed corridors, my footsteps echoing in the silence, searching—desperately—for a single glimpse of light. But no matter how far I go or how hard I try, the darkness stretches on, infinite and unyielding.

The cursed mate's return

The cursed mate's return

“This crypt’s compromised. The mirror’s gone. The gate’s broken. That thing’s still down there or worse, coming after us.” Rowan walked toward the exit, stopping just long enough to say, “Then let’s move before it finds a way through.” We left the crypt in silence. The cold mountain air outside hit hard, sharp and raw. Snow drifted lightly, the kind of snowfall that coated the world in quiet. But the silence didn’t feel peaceful. It felt wrong as if the world itself was holding its breath. The pass that led to Emberdeep was three days west. Three days through the Wraithwood.
