Summer's POV Bright blinding light pushed through the dreamless darkness that Summer was enjoying, beckoning her to wake up and embrace the new day where all her troubles were still very much existent. Sighing she allowed her eyes to open taking in the man that still slept soundly beside her.

One girl and one boy, smiles on their faces as they both let the wind sway their swings. An image of a girl with long, red, wavy hair flashed before my eyes and smiled at me, very tender and sweet like it would end my immortality. Then she collapsed into the floor. The vision went black. She thought frightening darkness only surrounded the realm of Black Mist. But that darkness also looks beautiful. "Should we continue our journey? Don't close your eyes," Everett said.

Then, with purpose, I tossed it into the trash can. The sharp, hollow clink of metal hitting the bottom echoed through the quiet night. The wind brushed against me, its chill settling over my skin. I looked out over the night view, where even the dimmest stars held a faint trace of light. Then, I turned and stepped back inside, closing the door behind me. In that moment, I felt a stillness I had never known. Everything in the past had finally fallen with the stars into endless darkness. And ahead of me, there lay countless possibilities that I could explore one by one.
