THE BET

THE BET

He was still thinking how silly he was for thinking about initials when the call connected. "Hello" "Hello beautiful" "Who is this please? I don't have your number" "My name is Adedeji. Deji for short." "Okay Mr Deji, what can I do for you?" "Oh common! call me Deji, you make me feel like an old man when you added Mr" "..." "I got your number from a friend" "A friend?" "Yes" "Who is this friend do I know him or her?"

The Alpha’s Mysterious Luna

The Alpha’s Mysterious Luna

Suddenly I start to feel a little flushed. “Why are you grinning like an idiot?” Callie asks, confused. “Oh nothing. Just thinking.” I say. “Hopefully not about that idiot Logan or that asshole Jagger. I need to come up with nicknames for those two dunces. Hmmm. Let me think. Hoe-gan will work for the first. I’ll have to put more thought into Jagger’s.” She says, putting a finger on her chin and looking at the ceiling. I can’t help but laugh. “No. Neither of them.”

Resent, Reject, Regret

Resent, Reject, Regret

Kyran typed, “I’m sorry that this question might be a bit presumptuous. But you always address him Tobey and call me Mr. Reed. It seems that you’re trying to keep a distance from me, which makes me feel like you hate me and like him.” “I don’t hate you.” Deirdre tried to figure out a comfortable way to explain and replied in a low voice, “Mr. is just an honorific title.” “What if I don't need this honorific title?” Kyran said, “Since you regard me as a friend, there isn't such politeness and alienation between friends. How about you try to call me Kye or Kyran while I call you Deirdre?” Deirdre was startled. She felt that such an address was too intimate—it only made the tip of her tongue ti

My Blessing

My Blessing

I hate him calling me Dark, he is spoofing all the time. "Stop calling me Mr Dark and I will stop calling you Mrs Dark it's simple. Try it once...some other name." He said with a trace of a smile. Umm let me think...Mr Attitude, Mr Irritating, Mr Rude, Mr Frustrating, Mr Arrogant...Mr Dominating, or yeah stone heart. I gave him a series of better choices. " Stop it, no more names," he said frowning.

My Triplet Alpha Stepbrother Mates

My Triplet Alpha Stepbrother Mates

I replied, but still didn’t remove my hand from my face. “Hmm” was the only reply I got from Riven, in his usual indifferent tone. For a moment, there was silence in the room until Kevin began to talk. “Why don’t we do one thing? We can call you with different nicknames and then you can understand who has called you”, Kevin suggested. “Superb idea!” Stefan excitedly nodded in agreement. “Can you please elaborate” I asked, and looked at both of them confusedly. “You see, Giselle. Each one of us will give you a specific nickname and call you by that nickname only, and then you will be able to differentiate between us. Pretty simple”, Kevin explained in a casual tone.

I like the story but the chapters are short and the first 2-3 paragraphs are duplicated from the previous chapter. I know it has to be difficult to write sex scenes but they are basically repetitions of each other. Overall a good effort and still enjoyable.

Very interesting story indeed with alot of twists and turns along with spicy scenes. I really enjoyed this book. Riven is my favorite characters. And I would like to read a separate book about Natalie and Arthur's love story. I feel like 5 star isnt enough. it deserves more. Good job, author.

A Male Mate For The Homophobic Alpha

A Male Mate For The Homophobic Alpha

If there is any cute person here, it's definitely him. "Okay, so you prefer adorable?" "If you call me adorable one more time, you will train yourself outside this pack." I said sternly." No one has ever referred to me as cute or adorable before. Well maybe my mom but other than that, I am a fucking alpha and I should not be referred to as cute or adorable. "Okay Nate, I will look for a more suitable name for you." He said as I made my way to the backyard." "Nate is fine, don't call me any ridiculous name." With the two names he has called me so far, there is no guarantee that he has it in him to come up with anything nice, besides it's not even necessary.

The Untypical Marriage

The Untypical Marriage

“No, ma’am. And you mean ‘Dead Ted.’ I’d advise you to refer to him by his actual name. Respect isn’t optional, especially not here.” I blinked, caught off guard by the edge in his tone. “What’s the big deal? I’m just—” “Respect and names save lives,” he interrupted, running his hands through his hair. “I understand things might be done differently on your father’s side, but here, names are more than titles. They reflect who someone is. For future reference, I'd advise you to refer to people how they want to be addressed. It’ll keep you breathing longer, Miss.”

and I promise daily updates starting today. I can’t wait for you all to see how the story unfolds. Also, the next three chapters might feel a bit slow—they were written during exam time, and I’ll admit, I got a little lazy. But I promise the story gets better after that! Xx, Aby...

ARIA: The Rise Of The Half Wolf Phoenix

ARIA: The Rise Of The Half Wolf Phoenix

it is. “You don’t look as bad as you did last week.” I stab my fork into my food and sigh. “I would have if Adrian hadn’t helped me.” She freezes. Her fork pauses midair, and she looks down, suddenly quiet. “What?” I ask, confused. Did I say something wrong? Her eyes dart nervously around before she whispers. “You have got to stop calling them by their names, Aria. That’s against the rule. Either use Sir, Mr., or Vampire Prince.”

“Why?” “Well…” he said, leaning back, “you said you don’t want attention. You want people to think we’re normal. So we practice.” “Oh…” He cleared his throat. “Okay. First. Names. What do we call each other outside? Lisa? Babe? Honey?” He made a face. “Definitely not honey.” I laughed loudly. “No, never honey.” “Good,” he said. “So?” “You can call me Lisa,” I said. “I don’t think I’m ready for… babe.”

The Deal With Him

The Deal With Him

Taking in a deep sigh, I decided to open my mouth again. "Could you, maybe, um, not call me that?" I waited a few seconds for his reaction, tensing in anticipation and when it didn't come right away I thought he might have fallen sleep. But then his low voice cut the air again, baffled: "Call you what?" "Gracie." it tasted bad as it rolled out my tongue and I shut my eyes forcefully, hoping I wasn't being as ridiculous as I felt. "Why?" "I hate it." "But isn't it what everyone call you?"
