Demonic Blades Novels & Stories

"Your mom made me take this. Said you'd need it." I accepted the blade, feeling its weight. It was heavier than I expected, and covered in symbols that seemed to shift and move in the corner of my vision. "What's it for?" "Killing demons," Skye said simply. "Or at least hurting them enough to make them rethink their choices." Despite everything, I almost smiled. Almost. We approached the gym entrance together, and with each step, I could feel the magic inside me responding. Growing stronger. More insistent. Like it recognized we were walking toward danger and wanted to protect me.

"Thought you could use proper equipment." He opened the case. Inside lay two curved blades made of meteor silver. "They're beautiful," Tamara breathed. "Beautiful and deadly. Magic is great, but what if it fails?" Derek picked up one blade. "These will work when nothing else does." They moved to a clear area. Derek showed her basic forms. How to hold the blades. How to move with them instead of against them. "You're a natural," he said after an hour. "Most people take weeks to get that fluid."

It was as if a veil had covered her mind, memory, and ability to think. "Just blast another of their headquarter again." It was the voice again, seemingly the continuation of the conversation fragments. This time, it was a female voice. "What the use? Dæmon's main rat hole is not easy to track. Even if you set fire on one of his headquarters, he wouldn't have cared." Another male voice again, but this time was lighter, and his tone contemptuous, laced with slight anger and mockery. "Tsk, isn't he such a ruthless person?"

Dexter said aloud as we heard the door leading to the other sections of the mansion open. Everyone's gaze was fixed on the passageway leading to the stairs, waiting in excitement to see what our Alpha had to present. And when I was beginning to think that our Alpha's surprise was a flop, I saw the hugest scare of my life. The whole hall fell into chaos as most people screamed and yelled in fear while others like myself stood speechless and motionless. It was a man. A man whose reputation spoke for itself. It was the legendary Alpha Blade, known in Haven as The Ripper.

Caine eyed the blade, running his fingers around the blade and checking the handle that held the blade in place. "This is no ordinary blade," Cainw said, his voice low and serious. He recognized the emblem immediately. "It bears the mark of the Diamond Shadow pack. It doesn't just bear the mark of the Diamond Shadow pac. Anyone who is in possession of a blade like this is on a special mission given by their Alpha. And it serves as the mantle of authority passed from the Alpha to the warriors who possessed this," Caine explained, still scrutinising the blade. "With this blad, the person in possession can have direct access to the Alpha. Not even the head of the warriors can match the person's

He crashed across the battlefield, carving a deep canyon through solid stone. Silence followed. Lucien slowly stood. Blood dripped from the corner of his mouth. He touched it with trembling fingers. Then stared. He was bleeding. For the first time in thousands of years... He had been wounded. His crimson eyes lifted toward Kael and Rhydian. There was no anger in them now. Only disbelief. "Impossible..." The Creator finally rose from the throne. The heavens trembled. "The Twin Blades were never meant to destroy darkness." Kael frowned. "What are they meant to do?"

They would never submit to such an evil being. When they heard his words, they rebuked him, “Keep dreaming if you think we’ll surrender to you!” Kayne sighed and said, “Well then, I’ll use your blood to prepare for the daemonic god’s arrival.” Immediately after, he swung the crimson blade, and countless demonic shadows surged. The blade expanded rapidly and grew so large that it blocked the sky. Everyone felt the ground shake under the terrifying assault. To their horror, the once tightly sealed barrier cracked. "Damn it…"

"This special blade can kill all creatures as powerful as they may be. Made from the finest metal, this blade is blessed. Take it Ace and use it to kill this demon! Just as the dagger would have hit Ace's hand, the demon roared and breathed fire, jumping into the air to catch the blade. Falling to the ground in the scuffle, punches and kicks were thrown, as the two men struggled to overpower each other. Finally, Ace caught the blade's golden handle but Leo caught the wrist, turning the blade to face Ace and once again the two struggled with the domination. But the demon was not going to be so easy to overpower and had no qualms about using underhanded means. Trickery was something he was goo

Eason explained. As if proving Eason right, Zeno grinned viciously and sliced his arm open with his fingernail. Thick black demonic blood poured out and dripped onto the Sky Demon Blade. The bone patterns on the blade soaked up the demonic blood, turning black like an ink painting. It almost looked pretty. Right after, though, black smoke coiled around it. Faint streaks of blood red bled into the black lines of the Sky Demon Blade, making it look downright evil. A crushing wave of demonic aura exploded outward. Everyone felt the stench slam into their faces. Those with weaker cultivation felt terror creeping into their hearts.
