“I have no idea,” I reply, turning to Tony, “Do daisies have any significance for Tabby that you can think of?”
Before he can respond, I notice that “Daisy” is spelled with a capital D. It could be a name instead of the flower.
“Yes, by the Goddess yes,” Tony says, paling, “It’s the name of my new bar. We’re set to open in a few weeks. Instead of also naming that bar Gatsby’s, I decided to name it for his love, “Daisy”. It was Tabby’s idea. The space isn’t ready yet, so it would be deserted. The perfect place to hold someone prisoner!”
