Novel & Cerita Does The Library Sell Books

The library exudes a sense of order, as if the books have chosen to scatter on the floor deliberately, in a momentary act of rebellion. The smell of the library is a blend of worn, old pages, vanilla-scented candles, and the unique fragrance of the sun-burning grass in the summer. I feel a sense of coziness as I pick up the books from the floor. Approaching the man gathering the last books from the floor, each book seeming to carry a piece of the library’s soul, I notice that he is elderly, his presence radiating impressive calmness as if he is in no hurry to pick up the books.

Both Zeath and Zachili grunt as they glare at me. “Isn’t the money in cash?” I shrug. “Not all,” Zachili replies. “Some are in form of books in the library.” Hm. Come to think of it, special and expensive books are being preserved in the library. I should have figured that they could represent funds. “But the cash is plenty, which means you’ll need a lot of hands to pack them,” I insist. “You are not going, Mellow, no matter what you say,” Zeath insists as well.

I was not the one to cower in a battle of stares up until now. When I come out from behind the shelf, she has her head down again in the inventory book. Just then two little girls come out from behind the counter and hold up rhyme books for her to sign and let them take out. All the while giggling. The girls are not tall enough to hover around the counter. So she rises up and bends half way smiling back at them before signing their books. She ruffles one hair and pinches the others nose before waving them out of the library, the duo giggling and waving back before skipping away.

Lee Umji goes to the bookstore. She spends her weekend observing how the novel is currently trending. She also wanted to buy some books on the practical theory of her work. Wearing a long sleeve knit shirt and jeans. The summer air was hot enough. Makes the streets seem lonely with people who usually walk when the sun is rising like now. Not content just to the bookstore. Lee Umji also headed for one of the city government libraries. She only went there for a walk, because it would be difficult to find books, especially novels that were hot on the market.

She helped them out and continued her work the whole morning. In the afternoon at the library, there were only a few people who came to read. Rebecca silently lists the name of customers who take the books with them when two random young boys come to the library door. With looks, they look like big Playboys to their college. "Hey, is this the place where you saw that pretty woman coming yesterday?" One of them asked as he arched his brows to look at the old library with doubt. "Yes, Bro. I bet, as soon as you watch her. You can never control yourself to not get her." He replied with a serious smile.

“It’s a bit quiet right now. Everyone comes in during the lunch rush, so you’ve caught me twiddling my thumbs.” “Is it normally busy in here?” I ask, clearing my throat when I start croaking. What the hell is wrong with me? “Depends on the occasion. If there’s a special event or an occasion on the calendar, I get plenty of people in.” She gestures at a notice on the window. “I also have a special hour, as I call it, on Saturday, where you can buy a bag for five dollars and put in as many books as possible. You can buy whatever can get into the bag for the price of the bag.”

“Do you know where the library is? We planned to visit it later. Can we also take home the books?” “Yeah, I know where it is. And no, you can’t take home the books. But if you want, there’s a public library where you can check out some books. You have to purchase a library card first, and then they’ll loan you the book for a certain period. If you don’t return it during the said time, you will have to pay for it.” “Ohh! Where is that public library?” Leilani, the ever so bubbly and sociable girl that she is, walked on Luster’s right side. Her eyes were sparkling in excitement.

After he was gone, Liana asks me whether I had any specific book in mind, and when I mentioned mages, she guided me to the last aisle. “This is the only section we have,” she murmurs, sounding almost apologetic. I plaster a small smile in reply. The library is more like a storeroom for books than anything else. It’s not big enough to fit all the books, so some are lying unattended, stacked on top of each other. She goes back to her desk while I scan the spines starting from the topmost shelf. I feel smug at seeing the not-so-good conditions of the books. Our library has red-bound books. One title catches my attention. I tip-toe and take it out.

After their dinner, the couple went to Harry's library and discussed their current dilemma. The library has a few high walls of old volumes, though mostly, they were now a sort of decoration to set the scene. One simply logs in through one's device and either reads or listens to one of the thousands of titles, including political science, engineering, mathematics, research manuscripts, and scrolls. Giving him the tea, and sitting on the chair in front of him, she didn't stop to marvel at the grandeur of the library.

"Oh, and make sure you top the money. We need to find that girl!" "Yes, ma'am." One of them said as they turned and left. They should keep on working until I discuss it with Dale, my son. I'll suggest a bounty hunter to him. JASAMINA The library turned out to be really crowded today. Heard there's a bestseller in town. That must be why all of them are coming to get her books. I've been busy since morning. By afternoon, the number reduced and I was able to have a little breathing space. I sat down in my sit ready to take a 'Me' time.
