Heed Your Death

Heed Your Death

The huge door was old but yet we are sure that we can't afford to destroy how thick is it! "Sava..." Neri looked at me with her teary eyes. I gave her the same reaction as I. "We are too late." I mouthed in a defeat matter. --- "DEKU! WAKE UP! DEKU! DEKU!" "H-he's dead." I cried and slowly draw near Deku to give him my last hug! I was supposed to be doing this recently. Deku! "Hey, Deku... wake up! Deku!" I tried to wake him up and touch him on his face. Yes, I punched him but that doesn't mean that it will lead to his death! He wasn't bleeding at all!

Regret? Never

Regret? Never

"The car's warm. Get in. It's about an hour's drive to the airport. I'll take you there." I nodded, placed my suitcase in the trunk, and sat in the passenger seat. We chatted casually on the drive. An hour later, we arrived at the airport's international terminal. Willow accompanied me inside. My flight was at 4:00 pm, so I waited in the lounge for a while. That was when I came across a trending video. The caption read, "Shocking news! Business tycoon Henry Lane is actually tying a woman's shoelaces!" I tapped on it.

DARLA FIN:THE HEIRESS'S WICKED REBIRTH

DARLA FIN:THE HEIRESS'S WICKED REBIRTH

I miss you. I scowled at it for what felt like forever, then I deleted it. No. He had to grovel back, not me. The car slowed down as we veered into an empty street. There were rows of halted cars, black awnings, somberly dressed mourners. The calming drone of grief filled the air. I stepped out gracefully, readjusting my shades. My heels clicked against the ground as I looked around the crowd. Mavins was there, of course, talking to a group of reporters.

To Love A Monster

To Love A Monster

I text my dad, who tells me he's already waiting at the doors for us. We park and Nicholas climbs out, getting the umbrella out of the trunk and coming to my side once he opens it. Dad meets us near the doors of the church. Seeing the hearse parked in front is a strange sight. It's been almost a week since Sly's death, but the reality of it hasn't hit me, not like it does right now.

She Chose Him, Now She Wants Me Back

She Chose Him, Now She Wants Me Back(Back from the Dead: My New Life Beyond Her)

In less than half an hour, the hearse arrived at the nearby crematorium. Dominic stepped out, took a cigarette from his pocket, and lit it. Lydia surveyed the crowd gathered outside and frowned. "You even have to line up for this now?" Dominic let out a short, humorless laugh. "What does it feel like, watching yourself get cremated?" Lydia noticed her family already speaking with the crematorium staff. A flicker of desolation crossed her eyes. "Pity. Such a pity."

Ashes and Rose Petals

Ashes and Rose Petals

The service was so lovely, Mary thought she should take pictures to show Ella later, though that seemed ridiculous. “Look, friend. See how lovely you were when you were dead?” She almost started laughing and had to cover her mouth. While she had no idea what the pastor was saying, it wouldn’t be appropriate to laugh in the middle of the service.

Terrifying

Terrifying

I hope the truck doesn't carry the money either. He arrived at the cemetery at 11.04 PM. The atmosphere at the funeral was very quiet. Of course, who wants to be in a night horror place like this. There are four trash cans within reach of the eye in this area. One is near the car, the other is in front of it. The other two were on the other side of the cemetery.

Knowing Jude

Knowing Jude

The car pulls to a stop and I look to see we are outside a florist’s shop. Me: Gotta go. Jude: Where… I roll my eyes and pocket my phone. Wouldn’t hurt to leave him hanging for once. We are laughing, and it seems so out of place, because we are seated beside a grave in the middle of a graveyard. The flowers we brought are lying near the headstone, and my eyes keep going to the words on the stone. And even laughing, I can still feel the lump in my throat. She was so fúcking young. No one should die that young.

Such an honest story. Explores the many struggles teens can deal with, the hell and trauma life can bring, the pain of loss and grieving, the sweetness of your first love, the pain of addiction. Really tugs at your heartstrings. Can’t wait to read book 2 and hope the author updates book 3 soon!

The Red Wedding

The Red Wedding

she cried. I bent down to wipe her tears. “It’s okay.” I hugged her. “We’re going to be okay. We’re going to be okay.” The hearse arrived with three limousines. Mirabel and I got into one, while Jackson and Annalise got into the other alongside the private investigator, Mr. Brad. Four guards put many white roses into the hearse and then got into the third limousine. Once we were ready, we drove off to the funeral home.

Moonlight Warriors (English)

Moonlight Warriors (English)

She was only awakened by the loud sound of drums and trumpets. Because of the heavy traffic, the speed of their bus slowed slightly. Hera looked out the window and saw that they were passing through a large cemetery. In one section of the cemetery, Hera noticed groups of people dressed in ebony clothing. It appeared that they were holding a ceremony and that someone was being buried there at the time.
